Tommy provided excellent service. He was on time, thoroughly explained the issues found, and the recommended repairs. He also completed the repairs promptly and reviewed them and the invoice once more before leaving. I can't remember when our garage door worked so smoothly and quietly. Thanks again to Tommy and Precision for taking are of our garage door. Excellent process combined with excellent people.
