Our technician showed up early and looked over our broken garage door spring. He explained that the spring had rusted out and was very informative as to my choices to have the door repaired. After a short time the door was up and running again. We have used Precision in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Great that you responded to a Saturday emergency call and were able to have a technician( Ryan) arrive within two hours. Ryan repaired the door and had it working perfectly within an hour and a half.

Did I mention that they were able to schedule same day service? and called me when they were on their way? Pricing also seemed very fair.
