Ryan provided excellent customer service. He was prompt,courteous, experienced and highly effective. You could tell that providing real customer service mattered to him. He listened to my requests and worked very effectively to provide the desired results. By the time he left all three of my garage doors were working smoothly, he replace one belt and installed an outdoor keypad as well. Happy to recommend him for outstanding service and am very pleased with the entire experience with Precision Door Services. Did I mention that they were able to schedule same day service? and called me when they were on their way? Pricing also seemed very fair.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and have always been satisfied. When the Door didn't work this morning, I called immediately. The Technicians arrived right on time and they took care of he problem in good time and lubricated and adjusted the door. They were very professional and very polite and showed me what to do if the problem arose in the future. I asked about one of the openers I had and decided to replace that one with a new one
