I selected Precision several years ago to replace the belt drive on both my garage doors. Over the past 3 years the systems started to malfunction. It only took the technical repairman half an hour to make all the necessary repairs to get the doors back into top operations again. But, the important thing was that there was never anything wrong with the doors or the belt drives, only my poor use of a paint brush that caused the problem.

Precision had great reviews on NextDoor website, which is why I chose this company, and I'm glad I did. The technician, Tim, was honest in his assessment of my garage door opener and didn't try to upsell or push any particular product. Was thorough in explaining all issues and answered all my questions. Walked me through operation of the new garage door opener and even helped me program my car to operate the garage door. Super nice guy, and very competent! Would highly recommend this company.

I called on Saturday morning and was told they could have a tech out that same day between 2 and 4. Hayden called and arrived a bit earlier. He said the issue we were experiencing, a buzzing sound, wasn't doing any harm and we could continue using the garage door opener until it eventually gives out. He lubricated both garage doors while he was there, gave us a quote for a new opener, and the best part - no charge! You know we'll be calling them back when it's time for a new opener or any other problems that might arise with the garage doors.

Melissa and Jessica were very informative and superb at scheduling our appointment...called late one afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning...WOW! Wes, our friendly and very knowledgeable Professional Technician arrived promptly, was prepared and outlined our options. We collaborated on what made most sense for our situation, he confirmed including the cost and jumped right into his work. Within no time, he was finished and all cleaned up. Wes then thoroughly reviewed everything he had done, he shared some recommended maintenance / tips and then we settled up to the costs identified previously. We are very satisfied and would strongly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone in need of expert, professional and timely garage door service. Frank was an early arrival. He was smart enough to recognize that he was in my development at noon even though my appointment was at four PM. I was available and he drove the 2 minutes to my home. We chose Precision to provide maintenance on our garage doors based on our experience with them in the past, their reputation in the neighborhood and the stance on quality. While reviewing our 5 year old garage door openers, we agreed with our technician and had him replace everything. He was very efficient, had everything he needed on the truck, cleaned up after the job and a pleasure to work with.

Had a major problem with my garage door. Contacted Precision Door that same evening and a service tech (Tim - very professional 7 friendly) arrived the first thing the following morning. I called Precision because my neighbor used to work for them. I got a next day appt because I called at almost closing time. Frank the service tech arrived and immediately knew what the problem was( cheap-bad door springs). Frank replaced all the pieces necessary for the doors to operate correctly. Frank was friendly and professional and is a credit to Precision. The repair was affordable also.
