Definitely 5 Star Service. I spoke to Shelby late afternoon yesterday who assigned my job to Mr. Jason Sheppard. He called me immediately to scheduled a time of arrival. There was NO wasted time, Mr. Sheppard called me this morning and now we have a Brand New Lanier IDO 50 System installed with warranty guaranteed. We are extremely pleased. Job Well done! Devin arrived on time, checked my garage door, installed new rollers, advised me on certain problems that may arise, adjusted the way the garage closed when it's cold and fixed a sensor on the bottom that a possum broke when he got in the garage. Very good service

Great service from the first call I made to the completion of the repair. The repairman " Harold" was prompt and professional. He called me to let me know he was on his way and how long it should take to arrive. He was actually a few minutes early. He made sure I knew his name and properly introduced himself when he arrived. He addressed me by name the entire time he interacted with he. He was great explaining the repair and completed the repair in a timely manner. I have no issues with the technician that came and repaired our door. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of garage doors. If the occasion should arise that a needed further repairs to our garage door I would be very happy should Precision elect to send the same technician as used this time. The area that prevents me from giving Precision 5 stars is the cost factor. When I called Precision on Sunday 9/14/14 the lady quoted a cost of $148.00 per spring replaced. When I told her I would look around and get back to Precision if Precision proved to be the best repair service for the problem I had. Just before our conversation concluded the lady offered both springs being replaced for $229.00 which was the offer I accepted and we made the appointment for Monday morning. When the technician arrived the subject of a $48.00 service charge was to be added to the invoice. When I balked at that and told the tech what I was told on Sunday. To clear up that discrepancy the tech removed the $48.00 service charge. While working the spring replacement the tech noticed, and brought to my attention, a defective bracket that held the spring rod up at the ends. When asked the cost to replace the two brackets he quoted me from his manuals a total of $119.00 for both. Having been convinced the of the need, I approved the addition of the two brackets to my invoice. In today's sluggish economy cost control becomes an issue for most home owners. Every thing costs more. Planning expenditures may well be the difference between living within our means or losing everything.

What originally we thought was just typical maintenance turned into a significant repair as Gil from Precision explained how Garage Doors work and why our Garage Door was making noise and so difficult to open manually. Rather than wait for the springs to break we opted to repair all parts of the system, including rollers, cables, and springs. Gil was Professional, Prompt, Fast and Courteous! Chad gave me the estimate and his presentation helped me decide to go with Precision. When I called the office to say I would accept the proposal, I was told the person who would schedule the job was on the phone and would get right back to me. After waiting 5 hours, I called Chad and he took care of communications from then on. Based on the lack of a timely reply, you almost lost the job to a competitor.

Very pleased with your quick response. Chad was out the same day I called and was able to replace my broken torsion spring. I am not one for purchasing add-ons and upgrades but Chad showed me the wear and tear on my unit and I felt comfortable with the extra work down to replace the bearings. Will definitely be using Precision for future needs!
