I was closing my garage about 4:15 pm when I heard the loud bang of a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Door and got an appointment for between 10 & 12 am the next morning. They were prompt and I was on my way about 30 min later. Great Job !

The service was wonderful! Detailed, timely & very professionally done. They came when they said they were going to be here, I didn't have to wait all day wondering if & when they were going to show & the work was perfect! When I researched garage door companies the one thing that stood out was that you have a very informative website and that you are on Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment Heather was really nice. My tech was Tim Van Vuren. He was very prompt ,courteous, explained everything to me & answered the questions I had patiently. He did an excellent job of installing the garage door opener, rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door! I give 5 stars to Tim as, again, he did an excellent job! Keep up the good work & great customer service as it's greatly appreciated!

It was time to replace my old wood garage door and read reviews of several companies. I decided to go with Precision because of their reputation and because I had used them previously to replace rollers. Jason Stewart came to install the new door, with windows, and worked tirelessly in the heat removing the old, very heavy door and installing the new one. He wasn't satisfied with the way the edging around the door was fitting and came back to adjust it until he was satisfied. Jason is a good worker and an asset to the company.

The technician, Michael, showed up on time, was polite, efficient. He explained what he was going to do. He initially was going to replace a part, but discovered that it was a bad wire instead and fixed that instead of charging for a new part. Overall, I can recommend Precision.

I found Precision on Angie's List and was impressed with their ratings. Quick service - called in the morning and had an estimate in my hand that afternoon. Service Tech called to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. After installation, the tech explained all the controls and cleaned up before departing. The Tech installed a 16X7 garage door and a new opener and was done in 3 1/2 hours. All the staff; office, sales and service have been great. Everyone has told me to call with any questions or problems. Very pleased with the door and opener!
