Without a doubt Frank was like a well oiled machine, he not only knew what he was doing, it did it efficiently. Having to replace both springs originally, he advised that all 3 bearings should also be replaced, he gave me the consequences of not doing the repairs, but let the decesion be mine if I wanted him to proceed. Having full confidence his abilities and knowledge, I authorized teh needed additional repairs. Other then a quiet and fully functioning garage door, you would not have even known Frank had been here, the garage was cleaner then when he arrived. I have yur company's name and would never hesitate to call on you again. Job well done!

We had a broken spring on a Friday night, so I called early Saturday. By 1:30 there was a repairman at my house. He was very professional and explained the problem and our options. We never felt pressured and he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. I am very impressed with how the door functions now and feel reassured with the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Tommy is one of the best assets you've got at Precision. He was persistent in getting the conversion just right. He was replacing the infamous 'Torquemaster' with a new set of Precision springs and the weight of the door was tricky. But Tommy stayed with it, having to disassemble the spring combination he tried at first. He was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a first-rate job. I would recommend him to anybody.

Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn't know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. I am very happy I contacted Precision after searching online for garage door repair in my area. And, I'm even happier they sent Jon Snider to do the job! He was very professional and friendly, knowledgable, helpful and kind. I decided to go with a new garage door opener instead of just fixing my old one, and I felt very comfortable with Jon working in my garage. He did a superb job in a timely manner and made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me. I love how quiet my new garage opener is and how easy it works. Wonderful, wonderful service -I can not rave enough about the service. I called late Saturday night and they had a technician out Sunday for me early so I could carry on with my work week and not be hassled with no access to my vehicle. Frank was prompt,courteous and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I suggested the 2 springs for the door instead of only one which the door had. He did not. Frank was wonderful!Thank You so much Precision!
