We were extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener stopped working on Thursday night. By Friday morning, I was able to schedule an appointment to have a new garage door opener installed for the very next morning. Frank, the assigned technician from the Middleburg office, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was also very thorough in explaining and answering our questions about the operation of our new garage door opener. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for garage door installation or service!

When my garage door quit working I went to the internet to find a company to work on it. I was impressed with the many outstanding reviews Precision had. Sean was my technician and he arrived in the specified time asking me what the symptoms were. He took the opener apart and found the problem, explaining to me, and showing me the indications of what caused my problem. He was able to put the opener back together and caused the door to be functional. It would have been very easy for him to "sell" me a new opener. The door is fixed and working well now and all I paid for was a service call and 1/2 hour labor. Excellent service and outstanding customer interaction. I very highly recommend using Precision for your garage door needs.

5 I had saw your advertisement in paper & in Mint magazine. I also checked on Internet and saw your rating was 5 stars where a lot of the ones I looked at weren't. Also all of the great reviews that I read convinced me Precision was the way to go. Also the Tech Frank was awesome. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful with his diagnoses of my garage door opener. He explained every thing thoroughly to me & also to my husband over the phone. Frank went above & beyond his duties to help me with my garage door opener. I chose your company because your ad on Google Chrome came up on the top of the list and when I called the receptionist was courteous and I felt comfortable dealing with your company from that point forward. Sean did an excellent job even though the heat may have gotten to him and he wasn't feeling well but finished the job. I would recommend him and your company to anyone needing garage door work. The only thing I'm missing is I didn't see an owners manual anywhere so if I could have one sent to me I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I am one of those annoying people who research everything. I was very pleased to see the drug testing and background checks for employees. Being able to review a brief bio for the employees was a HUGE plus too. My problem: The garage door spring broke; I did a little research and decided to hire Precision Door to come do the repairs. The Technician (Chad) was prompt, polite, and extremely professional. He was also knowledgeable. Chad pointed out other potential issues, which were obvious to me once I looked at them too (frayed cables, seized bearings). However, Chad did NOT try to sell me things I did not need and even explained what was still in good working order. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than before (better quality parts used during repairs)! All said and doneâ?¦I will happily refer this company to others.

The technician, (Sean) arrived prior to appointment time which has never happened to me before. Previous experience with service companies included late arrivals and excuses why the job can not be completed today. I requested that additional parts be replaced upon inspection of the old parts. All parts requested were replaced and the technician completed the job early. He explained all of the costs of parts and labor and even called the office to ask for a discount. I was very please with his work and professional attitude. This is what customer service should be at every company.

I literally had no idea what had happened to it. I found your company on an internet search, and, after reading over a dozen reviews, decided to give you a call. From the very first conversation I had when describing my problem to the quickness of your response to be able to come out was exemplary. The technician (Sean Smith) called to let me know when he would be here, and without fail, he was right on time. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole service call. He explained all the options quite well, even going into detail about the quality of your products. The price was reasonable and actually cheaper than I thought it would be. I will definitely be recommending your company and services to my neighbors and friends. In my honest opinion, we need more companies like Precision Door Service in the world for this kind of service used to be the norm, but sadly most businesses are more concerned about their bottom line, and not the customer.
