We bought a new home with a 2 car garage and a garage door opener. I've never had an automatic door opener so didn't know what to do when it wouldn't close the door. I found the manual the previous home owner left but couldn't determine the issue so discovered how to manually close it. Phew. I found Precision through Google, called them and they came out the next day. My Tech, Frank, was easy to work with and a wealth of information. Through all my newbie questions he remained professional and never made me feel dumb for asking them. His years of experience were evident. He gave me maintenance tips to prolong the life of my opener and door, told me what to for if the opener started acting up again and left me with a feeling that I called the right company for the job. A big THUMBS UP for Frank and Precision. Precision has gained a life long customer.

Tim and his helper were a knowledgeable and efficient pair of installers. Arrived on time and gave a thorough description of different packages, items in said packages and warranties associated. While we were not in a hurry for an appointment, we were offered one in 24 hours. Technician was on time (even called to offer to come early) , cordial, knowledgeable and efficient.
