Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!

Sadly, it seems very unusual to get reliable, competent, and professional service work performed anymore, but Riley from Precision Garage Door proved the exception. My garage door needed work It was not dependable, sometimes it would open and close but most of the time it wouldn't. The young gentleman you sent out named Dalton was courteous respectful and helpful answering all my questions and explaining what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to replace the garage door opener and belt rail as well as the rollers that rolled the door up and down. I am 82 years old and am not able to do the things I was having to do to get in and out of the garage. He also programed the garage door opener in the car which I would not have been able to do. I feel like Dalton went above and beyond and gave me excellent service. I would give him a 5+ if i could and will call you again if i have any more problems with my garage door. GOOD JOB!!!!

I had a broken spring and Precision came out right away and got it fixed and working great. The service rep was very knowledeable and tested serval times and made some adjustments. Sad that I could not use the $30 off coupon in the Mint magazine as they said the service call fee was waived..if I am getting service there should not be a service call fee anyway as I told them up front I was doing the repair.
