Wesley is the best worker I have ever experienced. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything. He does not pressure you but he offers ideas and explanations! He is always happy and friendly. I always request him and he is honest and reliable. Those traits are hard to find these days. You can tell he loves his job and settles for nothing but your satisfaction. Tim and his helper were a knowledgeable and efficient pair of installers. Arrived on time and gave a thorough description of different packages, items in said packages and warranties associated. Timely install of my door package and walked me through everything afterwards. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t want to give my money to any other company. While we were not in a hurry for an appointment, we were offered one in 24 hours. Technician was on time (even called to offer to come early) , cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation of a new opener took less than an hour. We were glad to see that the many 4 and 5 star reviews were justified.

I was given an outrageous estimate for installation of garage door panels. I was also told someone would call me the next day to schedule an appointment for repairing my door. No one CALLED and the lady who took my call initially told me everything that you guys could do, when the tech came out to assess the damage HE IN RETURN TOLD ME EVERYTHING THE COMPANY COULDN'T DO!! THIS IS VERY STRANGE BECAUSE I'VE HAD THIS COMPANY TO DO SOME REPAIR WORK FOR ME BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT AND EFFECIENT THE TEAM DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE "HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED"!

Old (2006-lift master door opener) pretty much dead. Belt was stripped out. Tech (Tim Van Vuren) recommended; LM 8850W Belt Drive opener, LM 7' Belt Rail, LM 485 Battery, LM 877 Max Keypad & LM 893 Max Remote. I've been a past customer and will definitely continue when needed in the future. The work and price were fair. The Tech's are always profession, on-time, complete their work efficiently & explain thoroughly what they've done. The teach was gracious enough to reconnect my old single door opener to the new outside keypad as well as make sure my car opener controls accessed the new and old opener. Great work!
