Sadly, it seems very unusual to get reliable, competent, and professional service work performed anymore, but Riley from Precision Garage Door proved the exception. Riley and Precision provided excellent communication regarding the appointment and status of the appointment, he arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an accurate estimate of the work needed, immediately got to work and resolved the problem, and was courteous, professional and meticulous in carrying out his tasks. On top of all that, we felt the repair price was very reasonable I highly recommend both Riley and Precision Garage Door.

My garage door needed work It was not dependable, sometimes it would open and close but most of the time it wouldn't. The young gentleman you sent out named Dalton was courteous respectful and helpful answering all my questions and explaining what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to replace the garage door opener and belt rail as well as the rollers that rolled the door up and down. I am 82 years old and am not able to do the things I was having to do to get in and out of the garage. He also programed the garage door opener in the car which I would not have been able to do. I feel like Dalton went above and beyond and gave me excellent service. I would give him a 5+ if i could and will call you again if i have any more problems with my garage door. GOOD JOB!!!!

I had a broken spring and Precision came out right away and got it fixed and working great. The service rep was very knowledeable and tested serval times and made some adjustments. Sad that I could not use the $30 off coupon in the Mint magazine as they said the service call fee was waived..if I am getting service there should not be a service call fee anyway as I told them up front I was doing the repair.

The serviceman that came to service my garage door opener was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He looked over my garage door opener and stated that it needed to be replaced because it was over 20 years old and can't be repaired. So he installed a new one and explained how to use the system, remotes, and the outside keypad.

I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I can’t say enough good things about, Tim, our technician. Our appointment time was between 2-4. He called letting me know he would be a few minutes early. Perfect! He explained the options and had our door fixed within 45 mins. We didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. Mr Davis (Reggie) is one the most organized technicians I have ever observed. He arrived well within the estimated appointment time frame and was neatly dressed. He quickly surveyed the situation and correctly diagnosed the problem. He presented me with several options and and I chose one. He brought his tools and parts into the garage and went to work. He never needed to go back to his truck. When he was done he explained all the options andeft the garage the way it was when he arrived. Very professional technician.
