I called in the morning and my door was fixed by the afternoon. Jeremiah called to ask if he could come earlier than he was scheduled. He was able to fix it right on the spot and was super friendly . I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for fast excellent service. It was also less expensive than the a few other quotes I received when checking around for prices. .

I called today to schedule an appointment. I was anticipating that it would take a few weeks to get an appointment for a nonemergency but the tech arrived within the hour. He was fantastic. He replaced two garage door openers for us and fixed a third that I completely screwed up. He was exceptional. I have a garage door contractor for as long as I live in Jacksonville! Thank you.

Mr Davis (Reggie) is one the most organized technicians I have ever observed. He arrived well within the estimated appointment time frame and was neatly dressed. He quickly surveyed the situation and correctly diagnosed the problem. He presented me with several options and and I chose one. He brought his tools and parts into the garage and went to work. He never needed to go back to his truck. When he was done he explained all the options andeft the garage the way it was when he arrived. Very professional technician.

We have used Precision Garage Door since approximately 2009. Our calls for maintenance/replacement of the garage door are always expedited by Precision Garage Door. This is my second time dealing with Precision. I purchased a brand new door from them earlier this year for one of my back yard storage buildings. I was so happy with their service that when a different building had issues with the garage door opener I did not hesitate to call Precision. They came out today, charged me just for the service call and figured out within five minutes that it was a loose wire that went to my sensors. He fixed the side that was loose, checked the rest of the wires while he was here, also showed me how to get the remote opener open so I could change the battery. He was on time, professional, courteous, wore a mask, and was quick to find and repair the problem. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them again if I need service or to replace a door or opener.

TREMENDOUS service!!!!! Garage door spring broke late last night. A call to Precision was handled with courtesy; professionalism; and caring by the young lady who answered the call. Appointment was scheduled for this morning between 8 and 10:00 a.m. I received a call from the service technician letting me know he was enroute to my residence and arrived prior to the expected time. Outstanding. The young technician; Nate Lewis, was outstanding!!!! Professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful both in helping me understand what had happened to the old springs and patient in answering my questions about what would be needed to repair my door. That young man is more than welcome to return for any further needs we may have. Thoroughly enjoyed him and his attention to detail. Precision Door, I can't thank you enough for your rapid response and the quality and professionalism of your staff. Greatly appreciated!!!!

We bought a new home with a 2 car garage and a garage door opener. I've never had an automatic door opener so didn't know what to do when it wouldn't close the door. I found the manual the previous home owner left but couldn't determine the issue so discovered how to manually close it. Phew. I found Precision through Google, called them and they came out the next day. My Tech, Frank, was easy to work with and a wealth of information. Through all my newbie questions he remained professional and never made me feel dumb for asking them. His years of experience were evident. He gave me maintenance tips to prolong the life of my opener and door, told me what to for if the opener started acting up again and left me with a feeling that I called the right company for the job. A big THUMBS UP for Frank and Precision. Precision has gained a life long customer.
