I was very pleased that I was able to have an appointment, by the technician, in such a short period of time. The technician called ahead of time, as promised and arrived ahead of the designated appointment time. After 35+ years our chain-driven garage door opener finally broke. The morning it broke, we called and made an appointment for that afternoon. Dalton Merritt arrived on time and installed a belt-driven opener in less time than estimated. Dalton was extremely courteous and quickly and efficiently finished the job. We are extremely satisfied, and the new opener is so quiet.
