This has to be 1 of the easiest repairs we have had done on this home. We had our 2 springs replaced. I say easiest because of the Technician: Wesley Texas. He was the most informative and hard working guy. You can tell this guy loves his job. I wish all workers had his attitude. He did an excellent job and when he was done, asked if we had any questions. He showed us how to work our Main Remote on the wall. We have been here 3 years & didn't know half the stuff he showed us. Wow! Also, the price was very good as we have had springs replaced before. You guys were out in less than 24 hours. We will recommend you to everyone. We found your company 2 ways. 1 was from your Mailer. The other was a site called Nextdoor. This is where people comment on the service they have received, all of it was good! I called and to my surprise they were at my house two hours later to give me an estimate to replace my garage door. The estimate was very reasonable and we scheduled the installation. Today they showed up 15 minutes early (yes, I said early) and completed the installation and it looks great. Very professional from start to finish.

Chance and Kodi arrived 15 minutes early for the install and got right to work. They were both pleasant and professional. They were neat and orderly and organized. They kept me updated and apprised throughout the process. They had me inspect and approve the completed work before signing the final invoice. AND they finished the job in two hours! Very pleased with Precision. They had a tech here within an hour of my calling the office to request repair of a broken garage door spring. The tech was highly skilled, polite, and had the job done quickly. He called my attention to some wear on the drive belt between the motor unit and the belt pulley, even though they don't service that part. Would definitely recommend Precision to others.

When we decided to replace our 54-year old wooden garage door (it had served its purpose) and opener that had bit the dust, we called 5 different companies for quotes. First contact with another company showed after a week and person could not do repair. Was told that he and his senior repair person would show the next day. He did show but the senior repair person did not. Job was not completed. Called Precision that same afternoon and was given an appointment for the next morning. Repairman showed up early the next day and completed the repair in less than an hour. Nice, friendly guy and quite knowledgeable about the door and suggested areas for me to consider repair in the future. Did not try and sell me the parts or service. Just made recommendations. Will use this company in future.
