Dalton was a sweetheart he explained to me my issue he fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. He is definitely a people person we had a great conversation. Appointment was 11/14/2022 to replace a broken garage door spring. Reggie Davis was the technician. He showed up on time, actually 15 minutes early, after calling to let me know he was on the way. Reggie explained what needed to be done and the costs involved. He did not try to up-sale me. He was respectful of our property (He had to work around one vehicle that was trapped in the garage) and he showed appropriate concerns about safety. He explained the process of balancing the door to the new springs and he explained what I should do in the future to keep the door working properly. Reggie was very professional and courteous. He is a great representative for Precision Garage Door Service. I would not hesitate to call Precision again, but hopefully not anytime soon. When I was younger I might have tried this as a DIY project but I recognized that this repair could be dangerous and one that was best left to a professional. I am glad that I did.
