Wes Texas came out to my home on time to fix a broken door bracket. Was very thorough, gave me a quick review of components and then estimate of repair. Back in 2000, Precision Door installed a new motor and rollers for my old garage doors. They did a great job. So, 3 years later, one of the old springs for my garage doors broke Sunday night. I called Precision Door Monday around 1:00 PM and Chad was here around 2:00 PM. Chad replaced both springs and cables and bearing plates. He was cleaned up and on his way by 3:30, and I had a working garage door again. Pretty amazing. Thanks

Wesley was terrific! He was enthusiastic and exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He patiently explained everything he was going to do to ensure our 3 garage doors were working safely and properly. In addition to inspecting and "tuning up" our doors, he installed a new keypad, replaced the bottom rubber of all 3 doors, re-programmed 4 garage door openers. We will ask for him for future garage door maintenance visits!

I was impressed from the initial phone call at 7:30pm to the completion of the service. Someone actually answered the phone at night. I was set up for an appointment 1st thing the next morning. I immediately got an email confirmation of the service call. The tech call and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us several different options on the repairs and explained the different options. He performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Riley as a service tech. Precision Door was amazing!! I had an emergency today because I had a subcontractor doing tile work here. I called at 11:00 and they were here by 1:39! Frank was an amazing technician And he had my garage door working in about 30 minutes. Cables were much thicker than Original Overhead Garage Door.
