Wes did an outstanding job on our garage door. He is a very knowable tech. He explained everything he was going to do and explained as he was working on the door. Very professional and courteous staff. Tim gave me a great price to replace my old damaged garage door and opener. Dan came and installed our new door and opener. He did an excellent job. He was courteous and took his time to make sure everything was installed properly. He answered all my questions and helped me understand how to operate the new controls. My parents had dropped their opener to my garage and it malfunctioned. They called Precision because they had great success with them installing a new spring, motor, and remote. Their system was 30 years old and came when the house was built. Wes, from Precison, came over and was terrific. We got new remotes that he keyed to the system. He also, without being asked, repared a piece of equipment and lubricated the door rollers at no charge. I see now why my parents have used Precision. Excellent service. Will always recommend them.

Tim did a great and efficient job. Original garage door opener stopped working- springs shot as well as coupler. New springs, motor, coupler as well setting it up for keyless entry and pairing it with a second garage door. Tim is a true professional and I enjoyed learning about the new capabilities of the new door

On a scale of 1-10 I give Wes (MY TECHNICIAN) and I mean nobody else's technician a 1,000,000! Extremely professional and definitely an expert in the field. He took the time to explain things to me and on my level so I could comprehend the material which was a plus!! We discussed everything from family to preventive maintenance concerning my garage. Very proficient in his work and timely. I want no one else touching my garage (including myself)! Huge asset to your company!! Great to have my garage door back in service. My experience with Precision Door Service met all of my expectations. Shane was very thorough in his work as well as his explanation of what the future of my garage door's life expectancy. Looking at maybe changing to a new opener when the present one goes out again. There was an item purchased but it isn't listed in the choices about purchasing a new product. Probably because my system is old.
