When I called I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was able to get a tech to me the same day. The young man was pleasant, timely, and precise. When I described the symptoms he knew exactly what the solution should be. He corrected the problems and made sure everything was working, including my car remote. Very pleased with the service. Precision door is a great company. I do not have a need often for garage door companies, but, my spring broke today and a technician showed up the same day.
