Yesterday, I came home, shut my garage door, walked away, and heard a crashing sound. Came back out to see I know had 3 springs instead of 2. To top it off, I couldn't figure out how to open my door even after releasing the safety catch (though it was a great excuse to miss work this morning). I called a few places but Precision said they could have someone out in the morning between 10-12 so I went with them, at least to get a quote and worst case get my door open so I could get my car. They did give me a range over the phone but said the cost of the spring really depends on the door. Easy. I got a call this morning from Chad at 9, asking if he could come early. He showed up about 20 min later, gave me a quick estimate around $200 per (expected since my door is a double) and gave me a run down of their packages. He was to the point, and answered all my questions regarding what the packages covered and how much individual repair items would be. I always appreciate when they don't try to salesman sell the packages and Chad did not at all. He pointed out potential risk points on my door and gave me his take. Ultimately I decided to just replace the springs alone, but if I had to call a company back out for a future repair, I'd call Precision and ask for Chad. He made quick work of the springs (less than 45 minutes), made sure to explain why they looked different but still covered the same weight range, and took the time to readjust my door so the positioning was correct. Overall, a pleasant experience working with Precision.

My 2 car wide garage door wedged in the tracks as it was closing. Turned out to be a broken steel cable. I called Precision asking for quick service at 9AM ... at 10 AM the tech (Tim Van Vuren) arrived and by 11 AM had done a GOLD PACKAGE HIGH CYCLE repair and 10 year warranty update to my 12 year old Garage door. Tim was efficient, highly skilled, courteous, professional, etc. As a retired field service technician, I recognized how really great Tim was. Everything he did was perfect. I could not be happier. Note: It was important to me that the door would reliably function as I am looking at having a health issue repaired and my wife would be depending on the garage door opening and closing reliably. Precision Garage Door Service Professionals really know their garage doors. They came out at the day and time...and on schedule. Although we had another issue with our garage door, the technician did everything he could to remedy our problem. Would definitely used this company again.

Door problem on a Sunday night. Requested help through the website. Monday morning received phone call for how can they help. Having problems closing and opening the garage door and that afternoon a service person showed up. Dalton listened carefully to what was occurring and came up with a plan. Many choices were given and we chose the one right for us! Then today, Tuesday morning we had a high wind resistant new door! (Florida) Looks great! Installers went over their process before the project began and explained all of the new features with our door when completed! Highly recommend to use their services!!!!!!

I've used these guys twice now, once to align the sensors and now to get the garage door open. The 24-year-old motor burned out and the emergency release cord wouldn't release. The tech, Kaleb, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Thankfully, he got the door open without having to rip it off the building (my plan). He cut a small hole in the door where he could reach in and un-bind the release arm. It was seriously jammed. The hole is minimal and patchable. And I still have a door that goes up and down while I budget for a new one.
