Technician Riley arrived at the scheduled time. He experienced the issues I had opening and closing the garage door with the new opener that was installed eight months ago. He quickly identified the issue: vibration had loosened bolts that caused the sensitive computer in the unit to cause problems. He tightened the bolts and the problem was solved...and at no charge to me.

Within 15 minutes he inspected the damage and gave me a quote which I thought was fair, and he started to work. Precision's two-man crew arrived exactly as scheduled, assessed the needed work on a 20+ year old garage door opener and parts, spent two hours making the selected upgraded/repairs at the agreed upon cost.
