Impressive and responsive service! Riley Holloway, the technician dispatched to address my concern was on time. After conducting a thorough assessment, Riley provided me with a few different options. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he proceeded with replacing the springs, replacing rollers, cables, and other worn out components, and conducted general basic maintenance on the garage door. He was honest, extremely hard working, detail focused, and highly efficient. I found the Precision Door Service team to be very professional from the time the call center took my call through until the end when the work was performed and my garage door was fixed. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service and give them 5-stars for their excellent service.

I was very pleased that I was able to have an appointment, by the technician, in such a short period of time. The technician called ahead of time, as promised and arrived ahead of the designated appointment time. I was also very pleased with the technician because he said that it would take him approximately 1 - 1 1/2 hours to complete the job. He was actually finished in about 45 minutes. After 35+ years our chain-driven garage door opener finally broke. The morning it broke, we called and made an appointment for that afternoon.
