The cables and the pulleys were worn and garage door wouldn’t close properly. I called around 6pm on 8/26 and the repairman arrived at 9:45am on Friday 8/27 and was here approximately 1 hour. Alan was very efficient and neat. I give y’all 5stars . I am a previous customer and very satisfied with your company.

Needed a Torsion conversion. Tech came out and was right on time and had same day service. Tech was extremely nice and very professional. Got the job done as promised and I am very pleased with the work and after work clean up. Would recommend this company to anyone.

The service agent was an hour early, which was a big help. He was courteous and professional and gladly explained he work whenever I had questions. He had to work extra hard to remove the old springs because of sticking spots on the rod. As part of the overall service, he lubricated all the pertinent areas of the door for a smooth and quiet open/close.

I called for service on Monday and was given an appointment on Tuesday. That in itself was amazing! Nate came out to assess the issue with my door not opening properly. I thought it might be the limit switch but it turns out to be something different. Nate was very informative & answered all my questions. The door situation is not urgent so I will follow-up with the new part at a later time. Great service all around!

Installer "Reggie" was very knowledgeable about his job putting new springs on my garage door, he told me things that I had not thought about concerning my garage door, gave me advice on what to replace, and how much it was going to cost. I really appreciate his honesty about getting my door up to par, and it didn't take him long to fix my door, if I have any more problems with my door, I will be sure to call "Precision".

Fantastic service. Frank was excellent, answered all my questions and gave me a quick tutorial on what to keep my eye on in the future to avoid other problems. I originally called for a broken spring and ended up with a more complete tuneup that included new bearings and nylon rollers. I am definitely not going to find a noisy neighbor sign hung on my garage door now.

Wes Texas was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and knew everything inside and out about garage systems and how they work. Would 100% recommend not only him but this entire company to anybody I know! Not only was he knowledgeable, he was hilarious. Felt like I could talk to him for hours. Totally disappointed! First of all chatting with the rep on line i wasnt tild that they only have Genie products! I was then told i have two choice both were 550 each with a lifetime warranty so we said ok he cane back to the garage and said this door is not in good shape we can out the opener on at 550 but can only give you a two year warranty! Now why would i pay 550 for a two year warranty instead of a lifetime warranty real ! So needless to say charged me the service fee if 49.00 please be aware ! Was her less than 15 mins and iam out if 49.00 and mind you this company came out years ago to fix the veru dame garage door’ ism just saying needless to say no new opener installed calling another company
