May 29, 2025 Mr. Morales, Today Michael G came out to fix our garage door that could not close since yesterday afternoon. The cable had come off the wheel. We were extremely impressed with the work he did and his integrity. The door is now working without any problems at all. We called Precision garage door services and had Michael G come to fix it. He listened carefully about our story and said he would check everything before he gave us the conclusion. Very soon he identified the real problem and fixed everything perfectly and quickly. He was very honey and told us everything we needed to know. He tested the door a few times to make sure everything was working fine before he left. Now our door works very well. Because he was honest and knowledgeable, he was able to identify the real problem. We are so happy that we did not have to purchase any parts and only paid for the services. We trust him completely. When I initially called I was given a window of time for that very same day. Within an hour I received a message from the technician asking if he could come earlier. The repair turned out to be extensive but there was room to negotiate some solutions and the manager approved nearly $500 worth of free rollers with the other work.

I called for a problem with one of my garage doors. Had a great conversation with the woman who took my call. She said someone was available between 12-4 today. The door was fixed after a list of repairs was discussed and approved. The technician was extremely nice and professional. The door is working and we are pleased with the service.

So glad I called Precision Door Service. Charlie was very pleasant, and informative. He got the job done. I was very pleased with the work. The next day I tried to change the code on the door and was having trouble. Chris came right out, showed me what I was doing wrong. Very helpful and again pleasant and patient like Charlie. It’s nice to find a company today, that cares about their product and customers, especially the older generation that is not tech savvy. Will surely use Precision again and recommend them to others.

I patiently understood was very much impressed with your customer service person who very patiently listened to my call for repair of my garage door. She sent Mr. Robert Wiggins, the technician, to repair the door. Mr. Wiggins checked the door and recommended what needed to be done. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and courteous. The door springs had snapped and needed new ones. He installed new springs and a new ball bearing. The door works. He was very efficient and thorough in fixing the garage door. This is the first time I used Precision and am impressed.

In our three-car garage, the small door experienced a broken spring and cables after 17 years in service. The same thing occurred with our large door last year. Both times I contacted Precision. They were very flexible with scheduling at my convenience, and both times sent expert technicians to diagnose and correct the problem. The two technicians, Nate Lewis and Hayden Saari were professional, polite, informative and had the expertise to complete the job. It is not an inexpensive repair, but both honored Precision coupons available, and the springs have a10-year warranty. Definitely recommend Precision for new door opener systems or repairs.

It was hard to select product purchased since we got the Garage door, springs, rollers and cables. It was a great experience!! Mark came to the house to quote and explain the scope of work. First time we had to consider purchasing the garage doors and equipment. Mark made it easy by presenting side by side quotes for low middle and high range and the benefit of each. We made our decision and got the ordered. Not quite 4 weeks later they were installed by Franklin who text that his arrival time was 9:12am but give me to 9:15 to get there!! Punctual and ready to get to work. Explained what he was going to do and the length of time to get it done. He was fantastic and the doors look great!!
