Texted what I needed through the website. New garage door and opener. Mark met us for quote. Was able to come early, which was great. Details of quote were clear. Didn't try to over sell. Recommendations were spot on. Sent quote and got appt set up sooner than expected. The installers Chance and his partner called to see if ok to be a little early. We were told how long it would take and what they would be doing. They cleaned everything up and even painted the wood frame they needed to install to match the door. We are super happy with all of the employees professionalism in talking with them as well as the work completed. It took three months to research and find a company I felt would do a great job. They had the best reputation. Their price was more than fair. I will be using them from now on.

I'm very happy I chose Precision to repair my garage door. My service technician, Dalton, was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. After discussing several options to fix my problem, Dalton quickly did the install, tested the system, and cleaned up after himself. There was no sales pitch or pressure and Dalton answered all of my questions and helped me make what I think was the best solution for my problem. I'll definitely be a repeat customer with Precision and kudos to management if all of their service technicians or as efficient as Dalton

Had my garage door opener replaced. Called Precision and within 1 hour the technician arrived. diagnosed the problem and replaced my old garage door opener with a new in about 1 hour. Reggie was very polite and did a very good job. Thank you Reggie for a job well done.

We are beyond happy with our decision of using Precision Door to replace our garage opener and install modern remotes/keypads. Tim Van Vuren (and team) did a fantastic job and were extremely kind and professional. He explained what work he was doing and alerted us, for approval, of the extra work that was needed to hang the new opener. I first had an appointment with Chad, who assessed the damage to my garage door and wrote up the estimate. He was professional, courteous and friendly. An appointment was made for Tuesday, July 12th and Chance and Cody showed up to make the repairs. They were early (a plus), made the repairs in less time than estimated (another plus) and were also professional, courteous and friendly. You have a great team. You chose the right man when you employed Hayden who maintained a professional, cordial and personable manner during a challenging repair situation which presented a number of consecutive issues. He adjusted the door limits replaced the motor with one that itself was defective and had to be replaced, resolved a wiring problem, and changed out the chain system with a belt/track apparatus that resolved a different problem. Always maintaining a good sense of humor and a cordial professionalism, he was an outstanding representative of your company. Congratulations!
