Two technicians arrived right on time and provided quotes for both the repair I initially requested and the option they recommended based on the overall condition of the door. They were honest and professional—no pressure to go with the more expensive option. They ended up offering a deal on replacing both the springs and the pole that was too good to pass up, so I moved forward with the full replacement, even though I was originally just looking for a quote. They completed the entire job the same day within a few hours. Now my garage door is working like it should, and I’m able to use it again with no issues. It’s also great to support a company that hires veterans—definitely a plus in my book.

The technician Franklin did an awesome job. He was fast, and paid attention to detail. He knew what he was doing, and answered all my questions. Very professional. He communicated well, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left my house. Ariel in the office was helpful and made sure all my questions were answered Matthew was great with explaining why I would Need a new garage door, and why mine was beyond repair. Today, I had a broken spring on a single garage door. I had a good expereince with your company previously, and chose you again. But the same spring replacement now cost twice of what it did a couple of years ago. After adding the price of replacing end bearing plates, center plate, 8 foot drum, and rollers, the total cost was over $1100! Your response was quick. The technician was very nice, courteous and professional, but I did not like the price. Maybe partly due to the recent tarrifs. Please be more competitive. Thank you.

Excellent job! Colton was very good at his job of fixing my garage door. When he told me it had not had several replacements since 2001, that explained everything. The cost was high, but has a 5 year warranty. He made a list, and I did too, of things to replace, repair, etc. He said the company trained him to do this. I am an educator and value training like this. I will be recommending Precision at our next board meeting and to other garage owners on our property and of course to our CAM, property manager on site. Our job involved replacing two 38 year old doors and openers. Dan, our installer arrived ahead of schedule. After introductions, he went right to work. Dan was very methodical. You could tell he was experienced and took pride in his work. When the job was finished, he vacuumed and left our garage probably cleaner than at the start. Before leaving Dan gave me an overview of all the new features and answers to all my questions. Dan completed the work in a little under 7 hours. I'm completely satisfied with the work, and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Chad did an excellent job of my new garage door installation and repairs of my garage door springs. He made sure that all my concerns and questions were answered prior to him leaving, He took his time with the installation and I never felt he was in a rush to finish the job. We experienced a lightning strike near our house that zapped our garage door opener. We contacted Precision and they sent Cameron out the next day. He determined that our unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Cameron gave us a couple of options and pricing for replacement. Cameron then had our old unit down and the new unit, including sensors and wall button, installed quickly. He then reprogrammed our old remotes, keypad and both our vehicles. Cameron did great work and was very professional. We will use Precision for any future work we need and will specifically ask for Cameron.
