Sean Smith was the tech on the job, and he showed up promptly and gave what I assume was good advice about our problem and the necessary repairs that were needed. The service I received from Precision was exceptional. About two years ago, Precision replaced my garage door opener as well as my garage door springs, rollers and cables. I selected the Liftmaster Elite series garage door opener, the best model opener available then, and it was professionally installed. It runs quietly and smoothly. Even after two years of use, my garage door is still expertly balanced. Everything has worked perfectly since Precision's installation. The reason I called Precision for service now was completely my fault, as I had erroneously cleared the brake points for the garage door while linking my car to the opener. It just seemed like a good time to have Precision routinely check out the garage door and opener. (I have a Precision lifetime warranty on the parts and labor for the garage door refurbishing they did.) Jeremy spent a lot of time and effort getting the opener working properly again. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door equipment or services.

I was very impressed with your technician, Tim, who not only displayed thorough technical knowledge but also, upon installation of new springs, determined that the original installers had used the wrong size. He then proceeded to remove the new springs he had just installed and replace them with the proper size. I would never have known the difference. Tim is a credit to your organization in every respect. In addition, your prompt response to my "emergency" (my car was trapped in the garage)was also greatly appreciated.

Frank called prior to the scheduled time to indicate he was on the way, which was great for me. He explained what it would take to repair my opener and the approximate time it would take to get the part. He further gave me information as to what it would cost to take care of all my needs with a new opener. I elected to have a new opener installed. Frank was not pushy and he completed the job in a timely manner. After the work was completed he explained the operation of the opener and all of the buttons. Frank did a good job.

My service call originated as a spring replacement, but there were bigger problems. The spring was stressed due to cables, rollers, spring bar, etc. Travis came out same day service and evaluated the mechanism. With great patience and the heart of a teacher, he explained to me (so I could understand it well enough to explain it to my husband) what truly needed to be repaired. The workmanship was quick, professional and the materials used were of great quality. The door works better than it ever did before and I did not know it could be so quiet!
