Harold, the technician who came our to fix out garage, was not only on time but asked to come early and even though I could not make it early he was patient and showed up on our appointment time. Service tech Harold did a very thorough job tuning up my garage door and replacing the rollers and the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. He also found a missing lag screw that supported the garage door opener. I was very pleased with the service. My only negative is that it took about 20 minutes to complete the computer entries prior to beginning the service.

I recently had both garage door springs replaced along with the pulleys and safety wires. Scheduled a 25 point inspection and roller replacement after seeing a "deal" on Angies List. Bought the deal, called Precision Door, and scheduled the service for the afternoon (4 - 6) time slot. Sean called me when he was on the way and said he would be at my home by 5. He was right on time. When he arrived he inspected my door and said I should consider replacing the whole door. He had a point - the door (wooden) is over 25 years old and is in pretty rough shape. I declined and Sean went about his business replacing the rollers. No pressure to buy a new door just that the option was available - that was nice. Sean finished in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up and I signed off on the work. My door works much better now. I would recommend Precision Door if your garage door needs repair or replacement!
