I had a broken spring so I called Precision because they replaced the springs in 2006 and I bought the life time warranty at that time. So this time they replaced the springs, drums and rolls at no cost to me. To completely upgrade my door I decided to replace the cables and end bearings with this repair job. Now, all parts are new and covered under the life time warranty. It feels good knowing that if I'm out of town and some goes wrong with the system, my wife can call Precision and there will be NO cost for any parts and labor. Tim and Michael were very professional and explained how the newer parts they were installing (at no cost) have improved in quality and performance since my last repair job.

I've used Precision Garage Door Service on three occasions for different needs. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and quick to resolve whatever problem I had. The installer Dan did a great job , I like how he went beyond the call of duty. Precision repaired my garage door springs on the same day I called. This was important to me so that my daughter would be able to get into our garage when she came home late at night after work. It's dark and she's a beautiful young lady whom I don't want to have to have get out of her car, and then walk around in the dark to our front door in order to get in the house Thanks to Precision, she won't have to.
