I knew it was time to replace my noisy garage door opener and I considered lots of stores, especially the big box stores. I saw Precision's ad in the Jax Home Magazine and called for a quote. I was so impressed with the knowledge and time the rep took with me, I asked him to install the doors on the spot, which they were equipped to do. He was finished in no time at all, the doors are super quiet and he took pride in the product and patience with reviewing the operations. I have recommended Precision to all my friends! WOW! As advertised, what a great company and technician, Sean Smith. My wife saw the $98.00 special for new door rollers, tune & lube and asked me to schedule service. Right from the start the phone was answered in a friendly, professional manner. Shortly after I made the appointment an email was sent to me verifying the home info,day,time of appointment(between 2&4)and the technician's name. About 1:30 I got a call from Sean, stating that he should be here by 2:00. He was also very curtious and professional on the phone, I was looking forward to meeting him. Around 2:05 the Precision truck pulls up and I meet Sean in the garage. I was immediately impressed with his business knowledge, combined with his positive, pleassant nature, it was very enjoyable meeting him. He completed the service in no time and also did a free 25 point safety inspection on the door. He reviewed the problem areas he found with me. I know I will call Precision again when those problem areas on my door need to be fixed. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Late Friday afternoon our garage door broke and we couldn't close it. I called Precision and they said they would be out to repair it that evening. We even had a $15 coupon to use. Dear Precision, My sincere thanks for sending Chris to our home to service our garage door. Chris was very profession, sharing the history behind Precision and demonstrating his passion for what he do. My rating for Precision based on Chris performance and the products received is a 4.5. Rating of a 5 was not given solely because there were no literature left for future references if I want to upgrade my garage door. Although Chris stated Precision is working to make the service call more informative after the work is done; Chris did advise Precision website is always updating new service and products. More so, thanks for recognizing Military personnel with a discount. Chris McBee and Anthony responded to my call about the problem of our garage door intermittently failing to close properly. Both men were very professional in appearance and were very knowledgeable about the operation of my particular door. Chris quickly identified the cause of the problem as well as some other potential safety issues that had been overlooked by the home builder during initial installation of the door. After receiving clearance from me to correct the deficiencies, both Chris and Anthony immediately went to work and within a very short time restored the door to a safe and efficient operation. Precision Garage Door Service can be very proud of these two employees and the professional manner in which they performed their jobs.

Chris was great. The job involved more than expected, but he was ready with all needed parts. Very professional; he explained the need for the new parts. I believe it was Brad who was my service technician. He fixed the problem in a minute, but told me that I needed an overhaul because my garage door was too heavy for the hardware on the door currently. I know he was right because it was a honey do install on the heavy door. I got a 5 year warranty with the overhaul, which sounds good to me because i was having problems every year. This is the first time I have used Precision, but I would recommend your company. Thanks!

We have been absolutely delighted with every Precision experience we have had. When our garage door got stuck in the open position on a Saturday, we weren't even sure who to call! But one call to Precision, and they sent Chris right over. He was on-site in less time than they told us he would be, and he was very thorough and professional. He explained the issue in terms that made sense, and had it fixed quickly. We were so happy that when a neighbor had trouble with their garage door, we recommended Precision (and Chris in particular) without hesitation. He completed he work efficiently checking the door and door opener to ensure all the parts operated smoothly. He explained all the work being done, showed me the old parts and described how they affected the doors operation.
