Out-standing!!! Garage door wouldn't open (torsion spring snapped). Looked on Angie's List & called 9:00 pm Wed night. A real person answered! Scheduled service between 10:00 - noon next day. Crew called @ 9:45 to say arriving 30 minutes; and they did! Replaced broken/ worn parts. Tuned up the door & opener, and were done by 11:30.

Quick, fast and knowledgeable technicians. We had used this company before in Richmond, VA and had recognized the name after moving to Florida. Bought a new house and had problems with the garage door opener remotes after using them for only two years. Simple repair, but timely response. I called Prcision on Monday Morning about 9 am. I was told that a technician would call from 12 - 2 pm. I was called at 12:20 pm. AJ arrived at 12:40 and began work.
