Mr Tommy Gatlin called 15 minutes before coming in, as was expected. He was very professional and gave all options and charges for service of my garage door and motor including new door and motor replacement. Once I decided to get the door repaired he did it in reasonable time and knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Garage door spring broke. Couldn't get vehicle out of garage. Service tech came that night and replaced broken spring until new door replacement arrived. Didn't charge for service call or replacement spring. Great service. Great product. Great service. Completely satisfied with price, installation professionalism of service technicians.

I am extremely satisfied with the repair and installation work completed by Technician Tommy Gatlin. I expected that all I needed was an inner slide replacement to my chain drive opener, a reoccuring problem I had experienced over the years. Tommy analyzed the root cause of my problem, discussed fully how it needed to be resolved, and promptly & efficiently completed the necessary work. I look forward to having no more problem with this issue and thank Tommy for his expertise and workmanship. Wow what an absolutely amazing experience thank you so much for helping us out. Long story short purchased foreclosed home and the garage door was in shambles. I searched online found precision read several review and decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did. Jon arrived less than two hours from my initial call he fixed everything and now the garage door works perfectly. Great company great products great service.

We have used you previously for our home in Deerwood. This service call was for an investment property we have acquired.The response time was excellent and Jon did an outstanding job, fixing the issue in a short time. He did a good job in trying to up-sell a new door but didn't pressure when I told him we will be waiting until we put new siding on the house. Over all a very good job.

Initially, I had a new door installed and received excellent service. After about three weeks I began having problems with the garage motor overhead which I did not have replaced when I installed the garage door. I called them about 6p one night because I couldn't let the door down. Unfortunately on that night we were having a furious storm. However, Precision Doors still came out and installed a new motor in about an hour. I haven't had any problems since that time.
