Billy was excellent, he knew what was wrong and able to fix the door and up and running in 40 min. or less. He gave me a thorough evaluation of the door. They called to say they could come out sooner than I thought which was great considering it was a rental and needed to be done that day.

I called the company about acquiring a second remote for the 2nd of 3 garage doors as well as to perform maintenance on the three doors. I had a issue with programming of a new vehicle and my remote just quit working. I had tried to do my own service and gave up and called Precision. They came the same day. Frank, my tech, sorted thru the problem and solved my programming issues. While there did some maintenance on my chain drive and roller bearings. Sold me and programmed a new hand held remote and keypad. He was courteous, professional and a great problem solver.

Billy James was our technician. He came right on time and identified himself when I answered the door. He went into the garage and said he would let us know what he found out about the door. After inspecting the door he had a list of what needed to be done and why they needed to be done. We were not able to stay for him to do the work but he said he could be at our home first thing the next morning. He was 15 minutes early and started to work. In the 2 hours that he said he would be finished the job was done. On a scale of 1 to 5 we give Billy a 5. He was fast and the work was done to our satisfaction.

I'm a repeat customer, with this being my 2nd time using Precision Garage Door Company. I received an advance phone call and the technician, Jeremiah was very prompt in his arrival to my home. He went right to work, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained what was needed and how the product would help the repair. I felt very comfortable discussing my problem and what can be done in the future. When it comes time to replace my door, I will contact this company.

They had a two hour appointment window and I was expecting a discussion and estimate of the work to be done and to set up an appointment to do the work. They were on time, gave a complete explanation and recommendation of what needed to be done. They went on to complete the requested work, explained what they had done and how to operate the system all in about 2-1/2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a broken torsion spring. AJ showed up within 2 hours of my service call. He completely explained necessary + recommended repairs including options to save money, extended warranties, etc. before work was performed. I chose to pay a few extra $$ to get a lifetime warranty which is transferable to the new owner if I choose to sell my home down the road - a key selling point considering the age of homes and garage door systems in my neighborhood. He did an excellent job and my door opens/closes much quieter. Nice guy to boot.

Simply one phone call and BAM, told me that technician would be at our house between 6:00 and 8:00. Frank Cassidy called to say that he had finished a previous job and could come earlier if we would like-4:30. Well, yea! Who doesn't like earlier? Explained that the rollers and a hinge were the problem. Frank was given the go ahead and finished the job in record time. His professionalism and knowledge was a welcome experience. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and especially Frank Cassidy.

I called early on a Friday afternoon, and I was pleased that someone was going to be able to come out and take a look at the door later that same afternoon. Unfortunately, we needed quite a bit of much-needed updates to our garage door opener, but the technicians were able to make the repairs that same day. I felt horrible that they were stuck in the hot garage, but they were totally patient and respectful throughout the entire process.
