We have been absolutely delighted with every Precision experience we have had. When our garage door got stuck in the open position on a Saturday, we weren't even sure who to call! But one call to Precision, and they sent Chris right over. He was on-site in less time than they told us he would be, and he was very thorough and professional. He explained the issue in terms that made sense, and had it fixed quickly. We were so happy that when a neighbor had trouble with their garage door, we recommended Precision (and Chris in particular) without hesitation. And we'll keep right on telling everyone we know what a great job Precision does for their customers!

Appointment time was sooner than expected and installer was on time and even called to let us know he was on his way. Gave us a quote before starting the job and completed the work in a very professional manner. Frank even reprogrammed our cars with the new garage door opener. Would definitely use Precision again.

Chris provided excellent service. He arrived early and was friendly and professional. I had to make a follow up call to Chris for a minor adjustment. He was very helpful but was now working out of my area. He sent Frank and he showed up in less than 30 minutes and made the adjustment. Frank's service was also outstanding in every way. OMG!!!! All I can say is that Frank is the BEST!!!! He showed up on time and he explained to me what I needed replaced and what the cost would be. Once we established all that info he got right to the repairing of the 2 door springs that had broken and it only took him like 10 minutes or so. He explained how long the springs typically last and it was indeed right around the time for ours to be replaced. He also checked the wires to make sure they were in tack. I for one knew nothing about garage doors except of how to open and close them with a REMOTE I might add! LOL!! Overall Frank did an AWESOME PROFESSIONAL JOB!! Thank You Frank!! YOU ROCK!!!! If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I am extremely pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. By coincidence, our old garage door opener broke while our bathroom contractor was working in the house. He recommended Precision, and I took that referral based on my excellent experience with that contractor alone. I had not heard of Precision prior to this referral, but my experience with them earned them FIVE STARS; I would recommend them to anyone. The assigned technician was very professional. Mr. Shawn Smith arrived for the appointment exactly on time. He was very methodical in figuring out what had happened, and used a checklist to go over the condition of the equipment with me. After explaining the most likely cause of the failure, he made an appointment for the next day to replace the springs, balance the door and install a new garage door opener. Once again, he was exactly on time. His work was outstanding and especially clean, using existing holes and wiring as much as possible. It looks like an original install rather than a repair/replacement. In addition to being highly professional, Mr. Smith was also very pleasant to deal with. I especially appreciated the upfront explanation of the costs for the services and equipment. There were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Precision demonstrated great technical expertise and high standards of customer service; I will not hesitate to call on them again.
