I have seen advertisements for Precision but my neighbor recommended this company because she was very happy with the service provided. A 10 am appointment was scheduled and at 9:36 am I received a call to say they were on the way and arrived promptly. After a full examination of my garage door not opening, I was given a few options in full detail. Ryan is a gentleman, very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed the options with a full explanation of each so I could make a decision right for my needs and budget.

Needed fast repair. Received fast repair at a very fair price. Frank, the technician was excellent He actually fixed something he was not satisfied with that was done by the initial installer. Attention to detail is sometimes lost these days. Not with him.

Frank cassity was very efficient and discussed the problem with our old unit and when we decided to buy a new unit he explained the difference between the new units without pushing one unit, over the other. I choose Precision door service in 2012 to replace my garage door opener. Since then, I've had them come back for necessary repairs and maintenance. Each time they've been professional and knowledgeable. Based on my research, their pricing is fair and competitive. I will continue to use this company for all of my garage door needs.

Extremely fast and efficient service. Front office is thorough and friendly. Technicians are friendly and their high level of expertise is readily apparent. The response was amazingly fast, less than two hours elapsed from the time I called until the door was fixed (broken spring). Really nice when your cars are trapped in the garage. The door of course now works smoothly and quietly. 5 stars.

After using the door opener for about a month I've found the unit isn't the quality of the one I repaced. Primarily in that the signal is weaker. I also felt the installer was not that helpful in making sure the whole opening device was operating at its max proficiency.

Mike was our technician today - he did a terrific job. Very efficient, arrived on time, explained the problem/solution very thoroughly. I was a tad surprised they had us down as a "first time customer" as we've been using Precision since 2005!! We keep calling this firm for our garage door repairs/service - excellent service!
