Sean Smith was On-Time (called ahead too), Professional & Informative upon his initial visit for a repair estimate. After laying all options out, I decided to purchase a new system. System currently have is original upon build of house (19yrs old). There was no pressure nor "sales pitch" to entice the purchase. Sean was honest and provided all options leaving the decision to me with no pressure. Sean represented Precision very well.

Tim and Frank did an OUTSTANDING job! I was so confident in their knowledge and expertise that in addition to the Spring repair I had them replace my rollers, cables etc. The door is now incredibly smooth and quiet. After the repair was complete by Tim, we realized the rail to the garage door opener had a stripped gear. Frank came by and was able to fix the garage door opener at no additional charge to me. I felt like both Tim and Frank were experts at their tasks and they really cared about me as a customer. I have already been singing your praises to my friends and family. I would highly recommend your company!

We called at about 10:30am On Sunday and given an appointment time of between 2:00 and 4:00. We recovered a call before 2:00 saying the technician was on his way and he was here in about 20 minutes. Jason promptly found the problem and made the repair in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions. This was the second time that we have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and was very pleased both times.

Everyone was extremely friendly starting with the person who answered the phone to the service techs who repaired the garage door. Jeremiah stole the show!!!! Extremely professional, courteous and proficient. We are very pleased with the finished product! The replacement was done on Sunday and early in the day and seemed relatively quick. We were going to go with Home Depot but figured going through their appointment process would be longer than we wanted to wait. The price was right for the efficiency and product. Highly recommend. 5 stars Chad arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm his arrival time. There was no "sell' involved at all. I asked for info on 10 yr vice lifetime warranty and decided for 100 dollars more lifetime was the way to go. He was done replacing all parts within 2 hours...impressive .Will do business again. We got the company off angies list and ,although we forgot about the 5% discount, I'm well satisfied with result

Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

Professional, helpful and polite. Nice two hour window of expected arrival that met my schedule and they arrived right in that time window. Fixed what I needed, made a thorough check of the rest of the door structure and mechanical components. Provided a helpful recommendation and a cost saving way of addressing it. The door operates quieter like when it was new back in 1997. The only company I will use for any door issues.
