Precision amazed us again by being able to respond the same day we called. Josh was our tech and was extremely professional and very personable. He was on time and very thorough in completing the work (installing new key pads) and seeing to it that everything worked to our satisfaction before leaving. We have used them before for some major repair work and can recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage door systems.

My technician gave me a courtesy 30 minute call ahead and arrived right on time. He was friendly, courteous and informative on how to fix my issues. He gave me a few options and then I decided how to proceed. Work was completed quickly and then he informed me how to use my new equipment. When I have any further problems I will definitely use Precision.

Called on the morning of 12/28/17 to make appt for new garage door opener installed and I was shocked to hear they would be out in the afternoon. Received email with confirmation. When Jeremiah arrived he explained everything in detail and went directly to work. He stated it would take him about 1 hour, that was amazing he was correct. Very professional, courteous and responsible. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Great service.

I had AJ from Precision come to my house this evening to fix my garage door. When I damaged it yesterday, I could only imagine what it would take to fix it if they even could. To my surprise, it wasn't as bad as I thought. AJ was very professional and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He said it would only take about an hour and he was right on time, actually a little head of schedule. 5 star review since that is the highest it goes. I highly recommend AJ and Precision.
