I called Precision and they had someone to my house within a few hours, at night! They sent me an email with pictures of the technicians so that I would know who was showing up at my door! The techs were super friendly, explained everything completely and. Are absolute sure I understood what needed to be done now and in the future. The serviceman was great to deal with. He did a very good job with the opener that as not working , the new one he programed is great and he went out of his way to set up our new car to open the garage for me. He was great to deal with. He is always welcome to come to our house to work for us. I had a stroke about three years age and he treated me with grear professionalism and care . He did a great job for us.
