Unfortunately, our old garage door was a problem for the technician as it was ready to go - although we were not planning a replacement. However, the new door works very well and we're happy with the results.

Picked your name off the website, you had good reviews. Dan installed our door and we love it, got the wood grain with windows across the top. A week later our old motor gave out and Frank installed a new one, and took his time explaining the new features. Big thanks to both installers. Will definitely recommend Precision

I called Precision around 3:00 and they said they could get to it between 5 and 7. I got a call at 4:00 and he guy was 10 minutes away and wanted to know if he could come early. Now that's service! My car was stuck in the garage and he repaired the door in less than 45 minutes and at a reasonable price. I tell anybody to call Precision 1st!!

Michael was extremely prompt, courteous and conscientious about his work. When he left, our garage door opened quieter then it ever had! I would recommend Precision to others and use their service again. I also feel they stand by their work and if I did have a problem, it would be taken care of w/o issue. This is a fair, service oriented, quality company.

Jerimiah was very thorough in his inspection of my double garage door. Of course, the broken spring was a given, but his explanation of the age and worn condition of my rollers, bearings, along with the spring replacement was a low-pressure approach to aiding me in choosing the extent of repairs that needed to be made. The before and after repairs brought a whisper-quite door opening and closing. He is a great asset to your company.

I am pleased with the service your company provides. Unfortunately I had to pay a service call and apparently the garage door didn't open yesterday because of the position of the sun or something, but I totally understand. What I really like about your company is the prompt service, especially on weekends, because it always seems that my problems arise on a Saturday.
