Of course, the broken spring was a given, but his explanation of the age and worn condition of my rollers, bearings, along with the spring replacement was a low-pressure approach to aiding me in choosing the extent of repairs that needed to be made. The before and after repairs brought a whisper-quite door opening and closing. He is a great asset to your company.

I called Precision and they had someone to my house within a few hours, at night! They sent me an email with pictures of the technicians so that I would know who was showing up at my door! The techs were super friendly, explained everything completely and. Are absolute sure I understood what needed to be done now and in the future.
