I was very pleased with the quick response to my call for service. The technician Bill Schulthcis was very courteous and helpful when it came to explaining the problem and how it could be fixed . I told him that I was relying on his honest appraisal as, like many seniors, the financial outcome is very important. The repair was completed in a short period time, and I as of today I am very pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend precision door service!

Cody was the technician and he was excellent. He was friendly, polite, neat, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he would do to repair the garage door and then provided a step by step explanation of what he did. I was locked in my garage, spring broke within 2 hours a very nice young man came and had it fixed. Spring broke I decided to have new springs and rollers . This young man was quick and did not pressure me to buy anything however he did say that if one spring went the other would follow I work in a service industry and was very happy with the quick and efficent service from precision.

Precision Door Service came through for my door again. A lift cable on my garage broke. I called Precision at 10:30a on a Thursday,and they were at my house at 12:30p. Devin Malle quickly assessed the door problem and advised me that all of the work would be covered under warranty. Devin was very personable as well as professional and quickly fixed the problem. I did also recommend Precision Door to my neighbor, including Devin, and my neighbor did use Precision Door for his specific needs. 5 STARS for Precision Door Service and 5 STARS for Devin Malle!
