We had the pleasure of working with Gil from Precision Garage Door. What originally we thought was just typical maintenance turned into a significant repair as Gil from Precision explained how Garage Doors work and why our Garage Door was making noise and so difficult to open manually. Rather than wait for the springs to break we opted to repair all parts of the system, including rollers, cables, and springs. Gil was Professional, Prompt, Fast and Courteous! Chad gave me the estimate and his presentation helped me decide to go with Precision. When I called the office to say I would accept the proposal, I was told the person who would schedule the job was on the phone and would get right back to me. After waiting 5 hours, I called Chad and he took care of communications from then on. Based on the lack of a timely reply, you almost lost the job to a competitor.

Very pleased with your quick response. Chad was out the same day I called and was able to replace my broken torsion spring. I am not one for purchasing add-ons and upgrades but Chad showed me the wear and tear on my unit and I felt comfortable with the extra work down to replace the bearings. Will definitely be using Precision for future needs!
