This is exactly the type of customer service that you expect but rarely receive. Frank was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the garage door springs and made the difficult repair look easy. Despite the heat and hard work, Frank went above and beyond to ensure I understood the problem and the process. Kudos to Precision for providing a great rep. and Frank for a job well done.

The service that we received was outstanding. Frank Cassidy met with us first thing Sunday morning and repaired our garage door. Frank explained the entire process as he was repairing. He was professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he repair the door by offered maintenance tips to prevent future issues. The customer service offered by this company was above par and I would refer my friends and family. In fact my brother has a garage door problem and is calling today. Thank you Precision and Frank!
