Frank was very personable, informative, knowledgable,and efficient . Started with springs, but replaced opener and rollers. System was 22years old . My wife thought something was wrong when she couldn't hear the system. We should be set for life!

I wanted to love this company. The Office Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Frank showed up, on time, and worked with me to select the best product and PRICE to suit my needs. A few days later, Kurt, showed up, on time, and did a great job installing the exact door I ordered. A few days later, I had a small problem with the door catching. I thought OK, here we go; this company already has my money, will they care that I have a problem. I called them and they said "No Problem." A couple of days later Kurt was back out, and took care of the issue in no time at all. I love this company. It was a nice bonus that the emailed pictures of the technician so I knew who was showing up. I will recommend this company to friends and relatives that need a new garage door, or a repair.

Tommy was very professional and neat when he came to the house. He surveyed the door and pointed out to me what was needed and why. I knew that there were other problems beside the broken spring but not exactly what they were. After the repair the door worked better that when it was new. Thanks for the quick service also.

The service that we received was outstanding. Frank Cassidy met with us first thing Sunday morning and repaired our garage door. Frank explained the entire process as he was repairing.
