The young man was prompt, polite, efficient. In just a few minutes he had spotted the problem, explained it to me and fixed it. Michael inspected the garage door, oiled it and was finished in about 20 minutes. Thank you for him solving what I thought was a major problem. This is the second time we have used Precision. Both times I assumed I would need to buy a new garage door. Both times they arrived quickly to give us an estimate and both times they were able to fix the problem without having us purchase a new door.
