Excellent service. I am very pleased with the results of replacing rollers, inspection and suggestions for my future consideration. Gilbert was the technician and he was very courteous, professional and was on time. He called to let me know that he was on the way. Extremely fast and efficient service. Front office is thorough and friendly. Technicians are friendly and their high level of expertise is readily apparent. The response was amazingly fast, less than two hours elapsed from the time I called until the door was fixed (broken spring). Really nice when your cars are trapped in the garage. The door of course now works smoothly and quietly. 5 stars.

After using the door opener for about a month I've found the unit isn't the quality of the one I repaced. Primarily in that the signal is weaker. I also felt the installer was not that helpful in making sure the whole opening device was operating at its max proficiency.

Mike was our technician today - he did a terrific job. Very efficient, arrived on time, explained the problem/solution very thoroughly. I was a tad surprised they had us down as a "first time customer" as we've been using Precision since 2005!! We keep calling this firm for our garage door repairs/service - excellent service!

My technician was vary professional and did really good work. Start to finish 18 min. But $266.46 to put a cable back on and adjust the pulley was vary overpriced.

I needed repairs to my garage door. I read reviews on 3 companies and decided to go with Precision as they had best reviews. They made an appointment within a day. I was impressed with the technician, Ryan. He was very professional, courteous and explained my options for repairs. I did have a new cable and rollers replaced. I would highly recommend them for any garage door needs.

Precision Garage Door was recommended by my bro-in-law who had a new door replacement a few years ago and has NOT had a problem. My project was to replace existing motor and replace springs. The technician actually called to see if he could come earlier than appt. and we agreed. He finished project in about 1 1/2 hrs. Very professional, personable and explained all details of work to be done. It's a 5*****!

We need to do some repairs on our garage as we are selling our house, I found Precision Garage Door Service my call was answered immediately and they scheduled my service on the day I requested. My service technician was Austin Mattes he called before he came out was on time and was awesome very knowledge about what was going on and took care of the maintenance I needed immediately. on a scale of 1 to 5 they would be a 5 all day.

We had a garage door installed on 6/21/18 by Dan and Gilbert. They were on time, professional, courteous, extremely organized, thorough and very fast. Dan was the last one here and showed us how to operate the new door using the code box and the car openers. The door is so quiet, you don't even know when it's going up or down. We love it and would recommend you to anyone that needs any type of garage door work. Thank you very much.
