As I expected, the garage door repair was much more expensive ($822.86) than we had planned on paying when we called Precision. I have always heard that Garage Door companies take the customer for all they are worth. However, in our case, the work that was done is work that needed to be done. In our case, I don't believe more was done than was necessary. I would like to thank Tim and Brian for a job well done.

I called at 8:30am and was given a time frame of 10-12, however, Tim called and said he was done with a previous appointment and could be at my house earlier than that. I appreciated that my technician was exactly on time for my appointment. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was experiencing clearly. He was very efficient in completing the needed repairs. When the job the was completed, he also gave me some clear tips for maintaining the life of my garage door. He also did not attempt to sell me extra parts/repairs that I did not need. Some of my old equipment was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty there.
