I have seen advertisements for Precision but my neighbor recommended this company because she was very happy with the service provided. A 10 am appointment was scheduled and at 9:36 am I received a call to say they were on the way and arrived promptly. After a full examination of my garage door not opening, I was given a few options in full detail. Ryan is a gentleman, very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed the options with a full explanation of each so I could make a decision right for my needs and budget.

Needed fast repair. Received fast repair at a very fair price. Frank, the technician was excellent He actually fixed something he was not satisfied with that was done by the initial installer. Attention to detail is sometimes lost these days. Not with him.
