Riley did an excellent job replacing the motor, he was early and work quickly. He gave me options and made very clear what needed to be done. The new motor works great. He provided me with all of the documentation and tested everything. Highly recommended.

Great service and quick install of garage door opener replacement. Called early morning and was lucky that they had an opening the same morning. Riley (technician) was thorough and explained everything to set expectations. He also fine tuned the door and it’s the quietest it’s ever been! Thanks so much!

What great friendly service from Wesley the tech! I called to have my springs replaced on a SATURDAY and Precision came the same day and unbelievably amazing they called and were able to make it an hour earlier than their appointment which I very much appreciated. He also checked all door components to make sure they were working correctly and lubricated everything. I would definitely recommend Precision and I will be using them for many future needs.

My Brother had recently used Precision in Naples and was very happy with the service. The Tech., Reggie is very thorough and kind. He is a delight to have as a helper! I trust that he reviewed my situation and commented on ongoing possibility of issues and homeowner maintenance suggestions.

We had used Precision in the past and always had great service and good advice on products and needed service. Our door wasn't operating properly (gaps on one side and making noise when opening and closing). I called precision at 1:00 and was advised they would be there between 2:00 and 4:00 same day. I got a call saying when they would be there at 3:00. The service by the Precision team was perfect. They made adjustmenst, lubricated all that need it and were done promptly all at a very reasonable price. Thanks Precision.

Outstanding, timely and very professional service. The technician performed a pre-inspection of my garage door and all working parts. Before starting any work, he made suggested recommendations, explained each in detailed and cost, which I appreciated. Finally, he and his helper performed the work in a timely manner. They did a great job!

This has to be 1 of the easiest repairs we have had done on this home. We had our 2 springs replaced. I say easiest because of the Technician: Wesley Texas. He was the most informative and hard working guy. You can tell this guy loves his job. I wish all workers had his attitude. He did an excellent job and when he was done, asked if we had any questions. He showed us how to work our Main Remote on the wall. We have been here 3 years & didn't know half the stuff he showed us. Wow! Also, the price was very good as we have had springs replaced before. You guys were out in less than 24 hours. We will recommend you to everyone. We found your company 2 ways. 1 was from your Mailer. The other was a site called Nextdoor. This is where people comment on the service they have received, all of it was good! Thanks for your service!
