My garage door was broken when I tried to leave for church on a Sunday morning. The main spring was in two pieces. The hurricane door is too heavy to be lifted. I was very pleased to find a service that a person answered on a Sunday morning and was able to give me an appointment on the next day even though it was not an emergency situation. The technicians, Tim and Brian, were professional, informative and very careful as they maneuvered around two vehicles in the garage to repair the door. They answered all of our questions and did their job in a timely manner. They gave choices of what quality of materials I wanted to replace and the warranty of them. I chose a package deal for bearings & rollers to go with the main spring replacement due to the age of the parts. I have peace of mind that the door will function well for a long time. Thank You Precision for being there for us and doing the job so well.

Tim arrived on time and completed the install of two openers, key pad, and explained the codes to us all within two hours. He was in a crisp uniform(at least at the start!) in and attractive truck. The openers were name brand and highly rated. Everything about Precision is first-rate. The belt drives are soooo quiet. You will not go wrong with Precision.

The young lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful she scheduled an appointment for me on Monday 6/26/23 between the hours 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Hi..our garage door was randomly closing and then it wouldn’t close..so I called and your company kindly sent a Technician out to our house within a few hours..the garage door was door down when your Tech arrived..as it happened we had storms/power outages so the unit needed to be reset.. your Technician a is very friendly person and quite a talker..he reset and told a story..tried the door..didn’t like it..reset it..tried the door..told a story .talked some more etc etc .he was here for about an hour but actually worked for about 15 minutes to fix our problem ..in the long run he charged us $98..the $48 Service call of course but I just wasn’t sure what else the other $50 was for?...we did tip him $5 because he was such a nice person and paid him in cash..we have used your company before and have been very pleased…he was extremely nice and I think he thought he was just doing his job?.. wondering if this extra money is protocol..TY

Mr Sheppard, I have ignored answering your message about my garage door thst your co installed Jan 23. The reason we changed the other door was because it was old and leaking. To my surprise this is the worse thing I have ever hired replace as it leaks all the way across and I had to squeeze buckets of rain water out of my towels this week. I also had three live earth worms under the sandbags when I moved them. I called right after the first rain and a young man came out here and said as usual the concrete was unlovely. This week was the worse yet. I am 78 years old and my husband is here and disabled. Now we have ordered a strip of something to put across the bottom at $330.00 more dollars and I think it will just pour under it too. I have to wait a couple weeks for my brother in law to come from Ga to install it. Never have I ever seen such poor quality work. Would never recommend your co to anyone. Mrs. Thomas, I am sorry that you are experiencing an issue with water getting into your garage. This appears to be a drainage issue with your driveway. The new garage door was installed to the manufacturer specs and the Florida building code. A garage door that is installed correctly will help keep water out of the garage as long as the surrounding area is draining properly, however a garage door will not keep water from coming in that is draining back to the door opening. When the concrete is not level the seal on the bottom of the door will help but the water will always find a way in since the door has to be installed with enough space on the sides to allow the door to function and move correctly. The only permanently way to fix this issue that you have experienced with the torrential downpours that we have seen in the last couple of weeks will be to have some design a drainage plan and have the water drain properly away from the home.
