Called for service and first and foremost a live person answered the phone. I was given a service date of 13 July of which was on a Sunday and I asked will there be an additional charge for Sunday service and was told no.The tech called about a half hour prior to his arrival an did arrive on time. He assessed the repair need and quoted a price prior to performing any work.I had som additional work performed and now I fell confident that as far as the door operation it should work problem free. Thank you so much for being in business and any additional service or repair will be performed by your company.

I really liked the confirmation email with pictures of the technicians. It's a great idea to get confirmation of appointment and also for safety purposes, to know what the technician looks like to avoid letting a stranger into my home. Your two technicians were on time and immediately noticed that the color I picked for the new doors did not match the house very well. I was contacted and approved a different color that they recommended. It looks good. It took them slightly longer to make the replacement of door and opener because of needing to go get the right color panels, but they were polite and very good. So far I am very satisfied.

On a Saturday afternoon after the 4th of July, my garage door wouldn't close, was crooked and made lots of noise. I found Precision on the Internet, liked the detailed information on the web and made a phone call. An email confirming the appointment gave instructions on getting more information about the tech, including his photo. Within 2 hours, a technician was at my home and the garage door was repaired by an experienced, courteous tech. Excellent and accurate advertising and service.

Precision Door was great! I have to thank TREMENDOUSLY Gil Ravan. Unfortunately, he had to come out to my house twice. My house was built in 1970 and the door, framing, etc, is not up to today's standard and size, so a custom made door had to be done. He came out the first day and spent all day working on the door only to have to come back a week later because the top panel was the incorrect size. He came back the 2nd time and spent over 4 hours putting everything together and had a great attitude and was wonderful to have at my house replacing my door. I am so happy. He did a great job. The company has a great employee. Thank you so much. The door looks great and works well!!

Although a young technician he was thorough and concise. While doing an inspection of the door and hardware he noticed the cables starting to unravel and fray. He indicated that in the future this could be a problem possibly causing the door needing to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the cables. The door opens and closes with no trouble now. Recommend from Angie's List. From the beginning to the end this company's performance was above my expectations. All time scheduled commitments were kept. However, the original service I purchased was not able to be performed. The issue with my garage door was thoroughly explained to me. All of the pricing and work was exactly as I was told. There were no surprises. That was awesome! I called a few other providers while the estimate was being done on my door and I choose Precision Door for the honesty I saw in the sales Rep. and fair pricing. I do highly recommend Precision Door. Went out this morning and low and behold my garage door would only open a few inches. Yikes!! I called a company a neighbor had used but they couldn't come here until the next day. Lucky for me!! I called Precision and I couldn't be happier with this company! I was able to get an appointment the same day, they sent a wonderful proficient tech named Harold and my garage door has never sounded better. Harold showed me what was wrong and was very patient with my questions. He did a thorough check of the door and recommended (but didn't push) a few things he felt needed repair. I really liked that I could actually see why he recommended these repairs. I highly recommend this company (and Harold)!!

Seems that I inadvertently knocked the electric eye out of kilter and disabled the door.Corrected the problem, recommended replacement of springs but since we are retired and on a we fixed income,decided to hold off. The belt rail broke on Sunday night and Jason was out to the house on Monday morning 6/16/14. Jason and one other man (missed the name) were able to find the parts on another truck instead of having to order them. the repair was finished that afternoon. Now THAT is real service! Our tenant says that the door works fine now. Thanks!

My garage door opener was replaced with a new Lift Master unit. The technician was prompt and very professional. I contacted another company yesterday to repair my unit and they never showed up. They were suppose to arrive between 1-2 PM. I called at 3:15 PM and they said they would be here in an hour. Never arrived. I found your company on the internet and saw your policy of two hour arrival, that was enough for me to call first thing this morning. Thank you for your prompt and outstanding service.
