I choose Precision by your add in the Money and Mint Magazines, I also checked you out on the internet. Your website was very professional, when I called for an appointment your internet was down, but the CSR advised she would call me back ASAP, within 15 minutes she had returned my call and set my appointment. Sean was my technician, he was very polite and courteous. Told me up front what was needed and how much it would cost. Sean completed the repairs in about 2 hours, my garage door works great and is very quite. Thanks for the great service.

Our springs needed to be replaced, and we searched the web for a company to do the work. The professional looking web site impressed us, as did the receptionist demeanor when we called to discuss the repair. Sean (technician) arrived on time and identified the work that needed to be done. He provided several estimates and completed the work in less time than than projected. Very satisfied with the interaction with the company, from initial contact to email's confirming the appointment with photo's of the technician provided to the repair itself. Completely satisfied and am very pleased Sean is our technician should we encounter ANY difficulties with the work performed. Five star customer service!

Service was above and beyond our expectations. We had plans that day, and getting the door repaired put a damper on the day. Harold made it better. Harold gave us a call to see if it would be okay if he came by 15 minutes sooner....of course! He was very professional and we could not have asked for a better technician. He explained everything he was doing and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending Precision to my fiends and family, and telling them to ask for Harold if they can. Precision installed my garage door in 2012. I love the quietness of this door! I had an unforeseen issue so I made an appointment. Bill arrived within the designated time. I really appreciated that he called me first to let me know he was on the way. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Devan was our service tech on the job. Very professional and great customer service. The homeowner was in need of a bottom panel replaced. We only received a quote for a new door as the bottom panel is no longer being manufactured for the 15' door. Just a suggestion... Add the "service performed" - Quote for a new door

Had GArage door springs installed a few months back. Service call was very good and prompt. This call was answered equally quickly and installation was done very satisfactorily

The reason we chose Precision Garage Door service was that our garage door spring broke (which had been replace previously), our cars were inside the garage, and we were upset with our situation. We telephone another Garage Door Service, and they did not return our call in a reasonable lenth of time. We had seen Precision advertised in the "Money Magazine", and we called. Within 20-30 minutes your Employee, Chad, was rining our doorbell! That is service!! He was very professional, was willing to try to do whatever we wanted to do with the door....but he knew as we did, that we needed a new garage door. Today, Thursday, 2 young men brought and installed the new door (taking our old door down), their names were Cody and Devin, 2 very fine, polite, friendly, and very good workers. The door is very nice, sturdy, beautiful, and the young men we have dealt with are an asset to your Company. We are very pleased, and will certainly recommend Precision Garage Doors very highly to our friends and neighbors. Thank you so very much for such a pleasant experience.

This is my first experience with Precision doors and I was impressed. The technician (Frank) arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had repairs completed in about a half hour. My online coupon was accepted and I ended up paying less than I expected. The door works great now and I will definitely be using Precision again for any service needs, or when I eventually need a new door.

The service was excellent. They honored their comment to come within 2 hours or the service charge was waived. Sean was very personable and professional. He took care of getting my door back functioning that same day. The repair was not completed. There was a delay in getting one of the parts. After having to wait 7 days for the correct part to be shipped Michelle in customer service contact me daily to keep me informed. Michelle was very nice and courteous. A Job well done. I have 2 neighbors that have since asked me about my repair service with Precision Door. I gave great reviews and will refer anyone for garage door repair
