Harold, the technician who came our to fix out garage, was not only on time but asked to come early and even though I could not make it early he was patient and showed up on our appointment time. Harold was very efficient and explained everything very clearly. I very grateful that Precision Garage made fixing our garage sensors such an easy process. There was no hassle and they could Come out the day after I called. It is unusual to find a company who makes the house calls so uncomplicated and easy. Thanks Precision Garage I am recommending you to all my friends and neighbors!

Service tech Harold did a very thorough job tuning up my garage door and replacing the rollers and the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. He also found a missing lag screw that supported the garage door opener. I was very pleased with the service. My only negative is that it took about 20 minutes to complete the computer entries prior to beginning the service.

I recently had both garage door springs replaced along with the pulleys and safety wires. I called late Monday afternoon and was happy to find out that an appointment could be scheduled for the next day. The technician, Sean Smith, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm not happy with the price compared to what I paid in 09 for my springs and hardware from your company, plus I couldn't use a $30 coupon pulled off the internet yesterday. Will take all into consideration the next time I need garage door repair.

I am sure that you understand that the cost of things including materials, gas, and just about everything has changed in the past 7 years that has an effect on us to be able to provide the service that you had. Scheduled a 25 point inspection and roller replacement after seeing a "deal" on Angies List. Bought the deal, called Precision Door, and scheduled the service for the afternoon (4 - 6) time slot. Sean called me when he was on the way and said he would be at my home by 5. He was right on time. When he arrived he inspected my door and said I should consider replacing the whole door. He had a point - the door (wooden) is over 25 years old and is in pretty rough shape. I declined and Sean went about his business replacing the rollers. No pressure to buy a new door just that the option was available - that was nice. Sean finished in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up and I signed off on the work. My door works much better now. I would recommend Precision Door if your garage door needs repair or replacement!

Garage door service performed. The door would not stay down when closing and would continuously re-open. I spoke with Tim while I was at work and he explained the service he performed and what the problem and resolution was. He even saved me some money by suggesting a few things I could do myself. I called the office around 9 or 10 in the morning. They sent a tech out the same day. Said it would be between 1 and 3 p.m. The tech called me at 1 p.m. and said he would be at my home in 10 minutes and he was. He was finished with the repairs by 2 p.m. I was very pleased.

Sean arrived ahead of the scheduled time and was able to assess what I thought was a problem immediately. He then did some corrective measures and explained what he had done as well as what to expect in the future. He left some lubricant and showed me where to spray it on a regular basis. Overall, he was very professional and knowledgeable and I am completely satisfied with the result.

Precision Door Service was true professionalism from the get go. From the young lady who answered the phone, the gentleman who provided the quote and the two men who installed the garage door. When I called the office they were able to send out a young man to provide an estimate, he was polite, professional, and very knowable and answered all my questions. He provided a quote that was comparable to other quotes I had received but what set this company apart was that the follow through was impeccable. He provided me an email quote right then, called the office to schedule and I had a beautiful new door in a week! Could have been done sooner but I had to clean out my messy garage. The two men who installed were very polite, prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.
