I chose Precision because I’ve seen the service vehicles around town and I’m so glad I went with them. Excellent customer service when setting up my appointment & the technician was super nice and informative. He was running ahead of schedule & called me to let me know that he could arrive early if it was convenient for me. Extremely pleased with the service and definitely with the price. Can’t wait to use them again on my next property

Though we waited for almost 3 months for garage door to be installed (Covid related issues) we are very satisfied with quality of service from assessment to installation. We have heard about Precision’s service quality through friends and neighbors. Technicians KB & Chad are respectful, maintained clean work area and seemed to like their work. They answered our concerns/questions confidently and were attentive to details. Great job!

Precision was professional in every way from the time they came out to do the original estimate to the time the door installation was completed. We had work to do in the garage and they were very flexible and cooperative in scheduling. The installers showed up and went right to work and were done within a few hours. They installed the door and operator and spent time ensuring we knew exactly how to operate the door, set the remotes and the keypad. Surprisingly, they completely wiped down the door when they were finished. It was a professional job from start to finish. Dan and his partner were also friendly and courteous......and the door works like a charm. We couldn't have asked for more. This was my mother in law's house. I have used them for my own place for maintenance and I will use them for the home we are having built.

I called your business to get an honest quote on repairing my garage door, that just needed a couple of new tracks and to attach the existing springs. The gentleman that I talked to told me that because my door had a cosmetic dent on the outside it would all need to be replaced. Instead of assuming I did not know what I was talking about, your man assumed I didn’t and quoted me over $1,500 for the cheapest replacement instead of listening to what I wanted and needed. Because of this I called Overhead Door Depot who sent a nice gentleman out who listened to what I wanted and needed and agreed that I did not need a whole new door and system and gave me an awesome quote and did an awesome repair job!! You need to have your technicians listening to what the customer wants, and not try to be salesman’s trying to update what they do t need. At some point i will replace the door because of the cosmetic dent. But I will be calling Overhead Door Depot for that!

Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit. The cost of the repair was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels.
