Very prompt and courteous service on a broken spring. I called Sunday and the service appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. The technicians called 30 minutes before their arrival and were here at 8:00. They presented me the various options and prices before starting the work. They decided that the first pair of springs they installed were not quite strong enough, so they removed them and replaced with a heavier pair. They checked for proper door balance and operation and were finished in about an hour. I am completely satisfied.

Garage door would close but would when it hit bottom it would open again. I called in the morning and was given a window of 12:00-2:00. They arrived before noon, worked on the door and relocated the garage opener. They were efficient, knew what they were doing. I have had my door replaced and a new opener installed and have been pleased with their service.

The seal at the bottom of the garage door had come apart some time ago. We had seen one of your trucks in the area so we called to have you do the job. We were pleased to get an appointment quickly. The workman called to confirm the arrival time. He went right to work and also made sure to lubricate everything and inspect the entire unit. The cost of the repair was reasonable and there was no high pressure sales pitch. We will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

This is the 3rd time my door has needed springs. And every time, the tech, from a different company, said "it's just your door". I called your company, and Nate came out and pointed out the problems with my door. He replaced both springs, the cables and cable wheels, and the door wheels. Alan serviced our garage door today when it would go down halfway , then back up again. He changed out the spring system, torsion bar, bearings, and rollers quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, arrived 1 1/2 hours after I called for service, and explained everything to us. We even sat and watched him replace everything! Now, our garage door purrs like a kitten. Highly recommend!
