My expectations were significantly exceeded by Chad the repair gentlemen. He called in advance, was on time (early) assessed the issue and corrected the problem within 15 minutes. He did some additional PM work on the door. Once completed he reviewed all the work and repairs and answered my questions. The Precision representatives were A+. I purchased a new garage door from them about 10 years ago and they have serviced maintenance issues since then. Recently, I backed into my garage door and bent the frame of the door. I called Precision late in the day and they came the next morning. It was determined that I needed two new panels to get the door stabilized and they came back the same day several hours later to make the repairs. I am so grateful for Precision.
