I have used Precision Door Service in the past and was very pleased with the technician and the work he did. It was only natural that I call them back when I had a problem with another door. The woman I spoke to was courteous and professional. She advised a technician would arrive in a few hours. The technician arrived promptly. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the door and what he was going to do to fix it. I appreciated his promptness and manners. I was so happy Precision could help me on the same day as my niece had her car parked in the garage and had to get to an Oncologist appointment in the morning. I would recommend Precision Door Service to everyone. Margaret White

I replaced my garage door opener twelve years ago, using Precision. Everyone remarks how quiet it is. Since that time, when something goes wrong, I call you first. Yesterday the rubber pulley broke unexpectedly. Brian was here within two hours. Having had the springs replaced six months ago, I will have the pulley replaced. Next time the springs go, I will use Precision for a new door installation. Mine is wood, heavy and 34 years old. Precision is dependable, professional and most of all honest. Most highly recommend. I have been fortunate enough to have used your service before and as always the experience was awesome. The technician Mr Wes T. was professional, courteous, and to the point. He was technically spot on and answered any of my technical garage door questions. I strongly recommend your service to any in need of this specialty. It is refreshing to deal with a company that has a work ethic intent on servicing things actually needing attention and not trying to sell unneeded items just to generate revenue. Mr. Wes T.s customer service was excellent and again I will only use your company for any future garage door needs. I again strongly recommend potential customers to seek your service. You will not be dissapointed.

Chad was wonderful and so polite! They offered to send someone out the day after I called, but I couldn't do that so we waited one day! Chad showed up promptly at 8 am and installed a new Genie Opener. He explained the process and why we needed a new opener. He then installed it! Very satisfied customers! Thanks again, Chad!

In 2021 Precision installed 2 all metal roll up garage doors for me. I've used the daylights out of them and called asking for a "tune up". Tech arrived ON TIME. Tweaked and adjusted BOTH doors. Tickled blue in the face. Let the professionals do the work! They KNOW their craft quite well. I'm greatfull for the service.

Exceptional customer service and professionalism. Mr. Morales even called to say if he could earlier than original scheduled. His damage analysis was quick and thorough as well as practical repair options. I used Precision Door Service in the past and was well pleased with their service, that's why they were the first I called for my repair.

When we called this morning for repair on a broken spring, the CS person that answered was very friendly. She set our appointment time between 12 & 2. Nate showed up as expected. He was so friendly and professional. He asked if we had any further questions and we did. He answered all of them. It was a pleasure working with a friendly professional. Thanks Nate!
