The technician, (Sean) arrived prior to appointment time which has never happened to me before. Previous experience with service companies included late arrivals and excuses why the job can not be completed today. I requested that additional parts be replaced upon inspection of the old parts. All parts requested were replaced and the technician completed the job early. He explained all of the costs of parts and labor and even called the office to ask for a discount. I was very please with his work and professional attitude. This is what customer service should be at every company.

Jason was fantastic...When he arrived I told him that I had to leave at 1:00 to go to work and he accomplished that goal. He worked extremely hard and when he was done he explained every detailed to me about the garage door,remote garage door opener,keypad,ect. Very imformative about everything. He knows his stuff really good. You can tell he is experienced and he is kind and courteous.And that is what a customer looks for. I deal with alot of different personalities in my line of work and I have to say that Jason went above and beyond from start to finish. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and worked well. It was extremely hot today, especially in the garage but he was very professional. The new door opener and nylon rollers are so smooth and quite. As a bit of a budget conscious DIY, Chris explained the difference between the retail rollers and professional grade. Lesson learned. The price was reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.

Without a doubt Frank was like a well oiled machine, he not only knew what he was doing, it did it efficiently. Having to replace both springs originally, he advised that all 3 bearings should also be replaced, he gave me the consequences of not doing the repairs, but let the decesion be mine if I wanted him to proceed. Having full confidence his abilities and knowledge, I authorized teh needed additional repairs. Other then a quiet and fully functioning garage door, you would not have even known Frank had been here, the garage was cleaner then when he arrived. I have yur company's name and would never hesitate to call on you again. Job well done!

We had a broken spring on a Friday night, so I called early Saturday. By 1:30 there was a repairman at my house. He was very professional and explained the problem and our options. We never felt pressured and he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. I am very impressed with how the door functions now and feel reassured with the warranty. Tommy is one of the best assets you've got at Precision. He was persistent in getting the conversion just right. He was replacing the infamous 'Torquemaster' with a new set of Precision springs and the weight of the door was tricky. But Tommy stayed with it, having to disassemble the spring combination he tried at first. He was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a first-rate job. I would recommend him to anybody.

Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn't know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. Wonderful, wonderful service -I can not rave enough about the service. I called late Saturday night and they had a technician out Sunday for me early so I could carry on with my work week and not be hassled with no access to my vehicle. Frank was prompt,courteous and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I suggested the 2 springs for the door instead of only one which the door had. He did not. Frank was wonderful!Thank You so much Precision!
