Great experience from start to finish. Our garage door opener stopped working on a Friday afternoon. My husband's call was answered right away and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get a tech out that evening. Ryan, our tech, was able to come earlier than planned (he called to make sure that was okay!), he arrived and assessed the problem, explained it to us and gave us an estimate. He did a great job and we're happy to have everything working again. Would definitely call again if needed and recommend to a friend!

Love Precision door! I had them rebuild my door with all new components a few years back and bought the warranty. I just had a spring break and called them first thing this morning. The technician was at my house before noon. Garage door is repaired and it was just a minimal service fee. Also, I loved the confirmation email with all of the technicians' pictures. The technician was great. Very professional and organized company. So far, I've been extremely impressed.

Good install techs. Arrived on time. Called in advance. Door looks and works great. Only negative was no mention was made that I needed receipt to get warranty work on previously purchased opener. One would assume company would track customers warranties or ask in advance to bring paperwork.

Jason, I liked what Sean told me about the garage doors your company installs. The estimate though just gives the total price. Called and spoke with Michelle; she was going to send an itemized estimate so I could see what costs are involved with the installation and door. Have not received the itemized report. I did like what Sean said opposed to another estimate from another retail outfit. Please send itemized estimate so I can more than likely have your company (Precision) do the door. Thanks B Sanders

I used another garage door repair service earlier this year, and the tech came, installed the universal remote, programmed the keypad, and left all within 10 minutes and charged me $100. I was very disappointed. Cody was a delight when he came and fixed the issues with my garage doors. He was patient and explained everything to me…even gave me the steps to program the remote if it went on the fritz again. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

Tim explained the options for repairs vs. replacement very thoroughly and I chose replacement. I would highly recommend Precision to have your garage door operate like new again. My rating is 5.
