I called them on a Friday afternoon thinking I would be lucky to get an appointment on Monday, but they service 7 days a week and were able to come on Sunday. Came out on Memorial Day with no extra charge. The technician Ryan, was personable, knowledgeable, and expert at is work. Broken spring was replaced efficiently. Also had 20-year old opener replaced. Ryan make sensibe recommendations and all work was excellent. He also programmed my car's built-in remote. Ryan explained everything (operation, maintenance, safety features, warranties, etc.) clearly. I recommend Precision without hesitation.
