Called last night to inquire about installation of new garage door opener. Was able to speak to person and not automated system which I was impressed with. Harold came out today, prompt and very courteous and installed my new opener and I could not be more pleased with it, I am so happy and very impressed with the rapid timely response and professional courteous service. Will highly recommend you to everyone I know who needs any type of service you offer. In my book, Precision is tops and Harold was one of the nicest service techs I have ever dealt with. Kudos for the wonderful product and service!

I chose Precision because they installed our new opener when the old one gave out and they did a quick and thorough job. For this repair we had lightning quick service. I called at around 9:30 in the morning, was told they would have someone with me between 11am and 1pm the same day. I received a call from the technician at 10:30 saying he would be with me in half an hour, which he was. The repair was finished by just after 12 noon. I don't think it gets any better than that.
