Called at 9am to see if we could get the spring replaced, Hayden was here by 11 am and finished replacing the springs by 11:45. Great service, absolutely wonderful tech. Walked us thru recommended changes and we will have them out to do them after the new year to do the other garage door spring. Totally recommend this company and give a shout out to Hayden, who was awesome.

Originally, I called for a coupon special for rollers and adjustment that was out dated. The cost was more, but the service more than made up for that. I had new rollers and a inspection done on my garage door. I will probably need more repairs in the future. I was given an estimate of the cost for the complete work that will probably have to be done. The technician (now I do not remember his name) that came out was so polite, professional, personable, and explained things very well. My garage door is more quite , seems to open and close more evenly. I will do any future work with Precision as long as I get the same technician. Extremely satisfied!

They were able to schedule me for first thing the next day (a Saturday), called before they came and arrived 10 minutes earlier than the appointment was for. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part on their truck. On top of the repair I had them inspect and lube everything. Everything was done in less than 1 hr. FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY!

Sadly, it seems very unusual to get reliable, competent, and professional service work performed anymore, but Riley from Precision Garage Door proved the exception. Riley and Precision provided excellent communication regarding the appointment and status of the appointment, he arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an accurate estimate of the work needed, immediately got to work and resolved the problem, and was courteous, professional and meticulous in carrying out his tasks. On top of all that, we felt the repair price was very reasonable I highly recommend both Riley and Precision Garage Door.
