I am one of those annoying people who research everything. I was very pleased to see the drug testing and background checks for employees. Being able to review a brief bio for the employees was a HUGE plus too. My problem: The garage door spring broke; I did a little research and decided to hire Precision Door to come do the repairs. The Technician (Chad) was prompt, polite, and extremely professional. He was also knowledgeable. Chad pointed out other potential issues, which were obvious to me once I looked at them too (frayed cables, seized bearings). However, Chad did NOT try to sell me things I did not need and even explained what was still in good working order. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than before (better quality parts used during repairs)! All said and doneâ?¦I will happily refer this company to others.

Sean called my home prior to arrival, and was within the scheduled appointment agreement. He looked at our current garage door system, and obvious broken spring and made helpful suggestions that was within our budget. He was very professional and completed the job with all equipment needed on his truck. (No return visit to complete installation) The organization from setting up appointment to completing the installation was impressive. I will recommend this company to friends in the future.

Loved the careful attention my garage door was given by these highly professional workers! Every question I had (or had not anticipated enough to ask) was answered and described in detail. By the time they left, I felt I knew more about my garage door than any other part of the house! And, I was gratified that I had the best replacement equipment money can buy.

Technician arrived right on time, repaired my garage door better than when it was new. Sounds odd, but true. Replaced chain with new rail and new nylon rollers. Smoother operation - much quieter.

Travis Ford arrived on time for our appointment. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went about his job right away explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the situation. The cost was very reasonable as well. There was a type-o on the invoice, however, which was cleared up promptly the very next day. I am very satisfied with Precision's service and would certainly use them again if necessary. I have no problem recommending Precision to others.

The spring broke when we closed the garage door after 9PM on Sunday night. I immediately called the Orange Park Office and arranged for service, first call on Monday morning. Sean was here at 9AM. He explained in layman's terms the problem and how to resolve. By 11AM the repair was complete and we could get on with our lives. Thanks Precision.

The technician, (Sean) arrived prior to appointment time which has never happened to me before. Previous experience with service companies included late arrivals and excuses why the job can not be completed today. I requested that additional parts be replaced upon inspection of the old parts. All parts requested were replaced and the technician completed the job early. He explained all of the costs of parts and labor and even called the office to ask for a discount. I was very please with his work and professional attitude. This is what customer service should be at every company.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was being done and helping me understand the life cycles of the parts involved with the garage door so I could make the right decision for my situation. My garage door is working very well now and I have a great warranty to go with it. Couldn't be any more satisfied.

I saw Precision on Angie's List and I was stunned that Tim was able to come out on the same day that I called. I needed the bracket that holds the center of the spring to be repaired, the bottom bolt had stripped out of the wood and the whole bracket had twisted. My garage door openings are shorter than standard, making the original installation very cramped, but Tim made the needed repair in short time. I will be sure to call for future repairs or rebuilds as I was very happy with the whole experience.

This was my first time that I have used your company and it would appear that we were in in need of a long over due service for our garage. Tim Van Vuren your technician was the very best. He informed me of what was best to get my garage door back up and running. He worked quickly making sure that the entire area was clean. I am very happy with your company and would recommend your company to my family and friends.

A very good experience. Sean was detailed with the options available to me and performed the work quickly and professionally. I started out with a garage door that would wake the dead and when Sean was finished, you could barely hear it. I especially like the reinforcing bracket he installed to spread the force on the door when it is operated. Good show!

Travis our technician called Friday morning to say he would be at our house in 25 minutes and he was right on time. He introduced himself and immediately identified our broken spring and cable. He advised me on what would be best long term and the warranties that were offered. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. He is definitely the technician that I will request and use again. Our garage door has never been so quiet!!! Wonderful experience, thank you again. David
