Jeremiah stole the show!!!! Extremely professional, courteous and proficient. We are very pleased with the finished product! The replacement was done on Sunday and early in the day and seemed relatively quick. We were going to go with Home Depot but figured going through their appointment process would be longer than we wanted to wait. The price was right for the efficiency and product. Highly recommend. 5 I had saw your advertisement in paper & in Mint magazine. I also checked on Internet and saw your rating was 5 stars where a lot of the ones I looked at weren't. Also all of the great reviews that I read convinced me Precision was the way to go. Also the Tech Frank was awesome. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful with his diagnoses of my garage door opener. He explained every thing thoroughly to me & also to my husband over the phone. Frank went above & beyond his duties to help me with my garage door opener. I would be sure to ask for him again if I should need assistance with my garage door opener plus recommend him to my friends & others. Precision is a great company. Thank you for your assistance

5 stars Chad arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm his arrival time. There was no "sell' involved at all. I asked for info on 10 yr vice lifetime warranty and decided for 100 dollars more lifetime was the way to go. He was done replacing all parts within 2 hours...impressive .Will do business again. We got the company off angies list and ,although we forgot about the 5% discount, I'm well satisfied with result

Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

The service technician arrived in a timely manner. He assesed the problem. Need to replace the plastic cover where the 2 60 watt light bulbs are. The garage door opener is a Genie Excellerator. He indicated that the plastic cover over the light bulbs are not carried by Precision. He was unable to help me. The technician was pleasant and knowledgable I would call Precisian again if I needed service on the garage door or opener.

I purchased a new garage door with opener and battery backup from your company, the door product is good quality, But the installer told me I would have to caulk the outside vinyl trim and exposed nails, My wife and I were very disappointed with this as the salesman never told me that this was not a complete finished job, After spending almost $2000.00. Having been in business myself for 40 years and working with customers I would think $3 dollars of caulk would have been included. Bill Rucker in Fleming Island

Called Sears twice because had a broken spring and could not get my wife's car out ( talking about motivation ) they never called me back. Called Precision late that day next thing I know ( they e-mailed me first )Bill and Brett are at my door. Thought I was seeing double ( twins ). The must professional two I have ever met.
