We were extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener stopped working on Thursday night. By Friday morning, I was able to schedule an appointment to have a new garage door opener installed for the very next morning. Frank, the assigned technician from the Middleburg office, showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was also very thorough in explaining and answering our questions about the operation of our new garage door opener. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for garage door installation or service!

When my garage door quit working I went to the internet to find a company to work on it. I was impressed with the many outstanding reviews Precision had. Sean was my technician and he arrived in the specified time asking me what the symptoms were. He took the opener apart and found the problem, explaining to me, and showing me the indications of what caused my problem. He was able to put the opener back together and caused the door to be functional. It would have been very easy for him to "sell" me a new opener. The door is fixed and working well now and all I paid for was a service call and 1/2 hour labor. Excellent service and outstanding customer interaction. I very highly recommend using Precision for your garage door needs.

Jeremiah stole the show!!!! Extremely professional, courteous and proficient. We are very pleased with the finished product! The replacement was done on Sunday and early in the day and seemed relatively quick. We were going to go with Home Depot but figured going through their appointment process would be longer than we wanted to wait. The price was right for the efficiency and product. Highly recommend. Thanks Jeremiah!

I wanted to to say thank you for the excellent job your Service Technician, Danny, completed for me on Friday. He did a good job explaining the issues of my broken garage door and had everything on his truck to complete the repair. I also appreciate the help from your office staff in working with me on structuring the payment. Overall, a very good customer service experience for me. 5 I had saw your advertisement in paper & in Mint magazine. I also checked on Internet and saw your rating was 5 stars where a lot of the ones I looked at weren't. Also all of the great reviews that I read convinced me Precision was the way to go. Also the Tech Frank was awesome. He was ver knowledgeable and helpful with his diagnoses of my garage door opener. He explained every thing thoroughly to me & also to my husband over the phone. Frank went above & beyond his duties to help me with my garage door opener. I would be sure to ask for him again if I should need assistance with my garage door opener plus recommend him to my friends & others. Precision is a great company. Thank you for your assistance

5 stars Chad arrived on time. Called ahead to confirm his arrival time. There was no "sell' involved at all. I asked for info on 10 yr vice lifetime warranty and decided for 100 dollars more lifetime was the way to go. He was done replacing all parts within 2 hours...impressive .Will do business again. We got the company off angies list and ,although we forgot about the 5% discount, I'm well satisfied with result

Precision Door has been awesome in the one week that I've purchased a GDO. Both service techs have been great. Damian came out this morning and he was so polite, courteous, professional, helpful - many kudos to having such a nice young man and knowledgeable, on your staff. Thank you for being so prompt in coming to my home on two occasions. Definitely 5 stars to Precision Door!

We found your company on the internet. Our garage door had failed and would not close. The listing on the web showed that you serviced Middleburg and we were quite anxious to have the situation resolved. Frank Cassidy is a very personable young man and worked well with the man working with him on this job. We are happy to have a smoothly operation door opener and a quiet door as well, thanks to your technicians.

Tim and Jeremiah called to let me know they would arrive about 5 minutes past the earliest time for my appointment. They arrived with big smiles on their faces and set right to work doing the initial repair. They also took the time to explain that it did not look as though any type of maintenance had been performed on the system since the house was built about ten years ago. They explained that the system could fail and offered me a package that would take care of the problem for the lifetime of the product. They gave me time to consult my husband, who gave his approval, then set to work putting in the new parts. They worked efficiently and quietly and I could tell they were a team. Well done!

The service technician arrived in a timely manner. He assesed the problem. Need to replace the plastic cover where the 2 60 watt light bulbs are. The garage door opener is a Genie Excellerator. He indicated that the plastic cover over the light bulbs are not carried by Precision. He was unable to help me. The technician was pleasant and knowledgable I would call Precisian again if I needed service on the garage door or opener.
