The whole process from the beginning to the end was very professional. The technician very thoroughly went thru the system, pointing out the parts that needed replacing and did a very thorough job of replacing the parts and explaining how to operate the new system. We were very impressed.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and worked well. It was extremely hot today, especially in the garage but he was very professional. The new door opener and nylon rollers are so smooth and quite. As a bit of a budget conscious DIY, Chris explained the difference between the retail rollers and professional grade. Lesson learned. The price was reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs. This particular company was surprisingly more affordable than other competing companies. I found their service to be timely and their staff is very knowlwdgeable as well as extremely curtious. Travis was an excellent serviceman.

I can see why Precision is so highly rated on Angie's List and others. Travis arrived early and quickly replaced an old and inferior garage door opener. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a new opener, but it was obvious that a repair of the old one would not be a good decision. Precision (and Travis) has my strongest endorsement!

I saw your advertisement in the yellow pages and I felt you were a reputable company to deal with. Chris called me and arrived almost an hour earlier than expected which was good. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me the probable causes of my garage door part failure. After listening to him and evaluating what he had said I felt very comfortable with allowing him to do the work. The entire system is now better than new. He replaced all worn parts after explaining and showing me the various areas of the door that were worn and needed repair or replacement. He presented what I thought was the overall best deal which would produce long lasting results. The only part not replaced was the original Lift Master opener. In the event if every fails I will call your company to install a new one. I would also recommend your company to anyone who ask including my friends. Thanks - Fred

Without a doubt Frank was like a well oiled machine, he not only knew what he was doing, it did it efficiently. Having to replace both springs originally, he advised that all 3 bearings should also be replaced, he gave me the consequences of not doing the repairs, but let the decesion be mine if I wanted him to proceed. Having full confidence his abilities and knowledge, I authorized teh needed additional repairs. Other then a quiet and fully functioning garage door, you would not have even known Frank had been here, the garage was cleaner then when he arrived. I have yur company's name and would never hesitate to call on you again. Job well done!

We had a broken spring on a Friday night, so I called early Saturday. By 1:30 there was a repairman at my house. He was very professional and explained the problem and our options. We never felt pressured and he wasn't trying to sell us things we didn't need. I am very impressed with how the door functions now and feel reassured with the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Tommy is one of the best assets you've got at Precision. He was persistent in getting the conversion just right. He was replacing the infamous 'Torquemaster' with a new set of Precision springs and the weight of the door was tricky. But Tommy stayed with it, having to disassemble the spring combination he tried at first. He was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about doing a first-rate job. I would recommend him to anybody.

Being the Labor Day holiday, we didn't know what to expect. Your service was fantastic! Our technician, Chris McBee, was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm. About 1:30pm we received a call that he was running a bit late due to assisting another technician. Chris still managed to get to our house before 4pm and did a great job explaining the problem with our garage door and how he was going to fix it. He was very professional and friendly, knowledgable, helpful and kind. Wonderful, wonderful service -I can not rave enough about the service. I called late Saturday night and they had a technician out Sunday for me early so I could carry on with my work week and not be hassled with no access to my vehicle. Frank was prompt,courteous and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I suggested the 2 springs for the door instead of only one which the door had. He did not. Frank was wonderful!Thank You so much Precision!
