This was a delightful experience, all the way around. The door came in sooner than expected, and Rob did an awesome job! He competed the job all by himself, and I love my new door. It has changed the entire look of the front of my house... I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone looking for garage door!

Total experience was AWESOME --definitely 5 star rating starting with the technician calling saying he could come before scheduled time to the repair/renewal of my remote He was professional, clean cut and very mannerly -- he even took the time to program my daughters new jeep remote and tried to do the same with my truck I'll never call anyone but your team for all my garage door needs thanks for such a pleasant experience

Technician Josh Simmons was wonderful. Very professional and personable, he went above and beyond to get two garage door openers installed. We had one existing opener which wasn’t working and I planned on replacing, but first he tried to see if maybe it could just be repaired. It wasn’t fixable so he installed a new opener that is so quiet! Opens and closes so smoothly! Meanwhile, our second garage door had no opener but the previous owners of our house had left a new (well, remanufactured according to the box) opener which we’d never installed. I asked Josh to install it, which he said he could do, there just wouldn’t be any warranty. He spent a long time trying to get that opener to work for me but it just wouldn’t operate properly. At this point he’d been working on this door for a really long time and I felt so bad since it was starting to get dark and he hadn’t had dinner! I asked him if we could just install a new opener instead. I said he could come back another day or whatever worked best for him. He called his supervisor and then told me he would stay and do the new installation. Of course, first he had to totally remove the one he’d just spent so long putting up! The new opener works as wonderfully as the other side does and is amazingly quiet as well. Even though we spent a lot more money than I planned to when I first made the call to Precision Door, it was worth it in the end and Josh made the whole experience a good one!

Based on the numerous outstanding recommendations on Angie's List, we decided to give Precision a call. We were not disappointed and give Precision our highest recommendation. All three technicians (Austin Mattes, Nick Exendine, Billy) were extremely courteous and professional. Austin did a great job explaining the problems with our garage door and repairing it, as well as providing us with information about the products Precision offers. Because the system was so old, we were interested in replacing it. Nick and Billy came later that afternoon to show us door samples and answered all our questions regarding the replacement process. We will definitely be recommending this company to all our friends and look forward to working with them in the future. Many thanks!

We have used Precision Overhead Garage door service to have a door installed and also the door opener quite a few years ago. We were having problems with the door opener a few days ago and a call to the company had a technician out the next day, which was Saturday, and I was pleasantly surprised there was no extra charge. The tech came out and immediately found the problem, fixed it and was gone in a very short time. He was so very nice and very professional. You cannot go wrong with this company!! We are so pleased with them and have been for years.

Michael did a superb job! He called ahead, had what he needed on the truck, was knowledgeable, fast and efficient, came out on a Sunday and price was reasonable. Replace 2 springs, both cables, balanced and adjusted in a little over 1 hour. Could not be more happy with Michael and Precision Door Service.

Had two new garage door openers installed today. New springs, cables & rollers as well. My technician was top notch. I found Precision thru Angie’s List but once my friend raved about them I made decision to hire. It was originally for an estimate/service call, but I decided at that time I wanted the replacement & he did the work right then & there!!!! AWESOME!!!!

Previous satisfied customer brought me back when I had a part problem. Service the same day as I called, here on time and went right to work solving my problem. Came prepared. Inquired if I wanted a quote on a new door due to the age and previous problems. Gave me a ball park which is all I wanted at the time. The technician who came out was amazing. He fixed our issue immediately and didn’t try to push a new door. In the end, I did end up purchasing a new door but it was time and I made the decision on my own and didn’t feel pressured. It was a great experience.

Excellent service all around. Alan was punctual, professional, and courteous. He did a thorough examination of the garage door and recommended what needed to be done. My door is old and needed a lot of updating which I thought might take hours. To my surprise, the work was completed in a short time period and works perfectly.
