I called at 8:30am and was given a time frame of 10-12, however, Tim called and said he was done with a previous appointment and could be at my house earlier than that. Tim was very professional and efficient. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half. Very happy with the service and would recommend your company to my friend and family.

I appreciated that my technician was exactly on time for my appointment. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem I was experiencing clearly. He was very efficient in completing the needed repairs. When the job the was completed, he also gave me some clear tips for maintaining the life of my garage door. He also did not attempt to sell me extra parts/repairs that I did not need. Some of my old equipment was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty there. He was a professional in every way.

Impressive and responsive service! Riley Holloway, the technician dispatched to address my concern was on time. After conducting a thorough assessment, Riley provided me with a few different options. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, he proceeded with replacing the springs, replacing rollers, cables, and other worn out components, and conducted general basic maintenance on the garage door. He was honest, extremely hard working, detail focused, and highly efficient. I found the Precision Door Service team to be very professional from the time the call center took my call through until the end when the work was performed and my garage door was fixed.
